Smooth journey through the building process. Staff are very helpful specially our supervisor was fantastic and explained everything in the final hand over process and did his best to get us to our new home before Christmas. Took 8 months to complete the building process well before the expected completion date.

We just started the process of building with Burbank and so far it has been a positive experience. We have been to our colour appointment and we are really happy with our selections and are looking forward to starting our build as soon as possible.

Strongly advise against choosing Burbank for your construction needs. My home has been in a perpetual construction phase for the past two years with no satisfactory communication or progress. This has left me unable to meet mortgage payments and on the verge of financial hardship. I strongly recommend avoiding Burbank at all costs

We are currently building with Burbank and as thought they are professional and have sound knowledge in the industry. All the processes are clearly detailed, explained and put to action. Continuous consulation and customer needs awareness are always maintained. Will always come to Burbank for any kind of build and recommed them to anyone.

I finally found wonderful customer service providing successful goal achievement, very flexible home planing, very clear shown additional packages to provide customer requirements.

Although my home was delayed to start the build for more than a year, the overall experience dealing with Burbank has been good. Once the construction started we never looked back and had the keys in less than 9 months.

The Burbank Sales consultants are awesome, they won't oversell anything, instead they understand your needs and budgets, based on that point you to the right direction.

No one to talk to, no one to answer messages…. It’s ok if Burbank not have stock so changes have to be made…. If owner needs to change ANYTHING…. It’s another $1500……. Nothing but the biggest waste ov money for us $$$$$$

Scott Schenk, we got off to a slow start with 4 supervisors before we got off the ground but once we were allocated Scott Schenk our build with Burbank was a fantastic experience. If he's in your area please ask to have him - he is honestly fantastic! We are so incredibly grateful for his ongoing help, even now when we needed some assistance, a text message and he instantly responds and problem sorted. Thanks again Scott your an absolute legend:)

We haven't started building yet, we just signed on our plans and placed a deposit, but I want to shout out EMMA GRIFFITHS (the Burbank sales agent) who has been absolutely amazing. She was far better than any other sales agent that we dealt with across many builders (and we dealt with quite a few), she was so patient and helpful, she helped us to make house plans that we love. She went over and above to spend time with us, to provide info we asked for and to make many changes to ensure everything is absolutely perfect for us.

I also want to point out that Burbank's flexible floor plans is a huge plus for us, we feel like we are getting a one of a kind custom home for the price of a volume home.

BE AWARE FROM BURBANK don't get stuck with this builder. Its will only gives you stress. Once to sign your contract they don't look after customer. We are building with them they delay for no reason took 5 months extension for timber delay after slab. All the frame comes with wrong timber grade windows at wrong place can't even follow there guidelines toward frame causing us delay and stress. No tour has been offered after doing 3 written request and 3 verbal request to home coordinator and supervisor. Supervisor haven't respond to my single email.

When i started my house construction there was only one house next to me now all the houses are build around me and people moved to there house already months ago. But my house is still frame stage. All the timber colour fainted.
2 streets away burbank building display home started 5 months after my slab been poured one of the house is almost ready but why not my house?

Frame stage got 20 plus mistakes because lack of knowledge. Looks like unskilled person was performing job. Which is causing us 2 to 3 more months delay because of their mistakes.

Please don't waste your hard earning money on burbank. My house spose to be completed on june worst case sonario due to timber delay was in august as per sales person.
I believe supervisor is not performing his role properly everytime come up same thing from past 3 months but failed to organise anything anything in advance to claim delays.

We have been working with Emma at the Lara display home on our quote and house plan. She has designed a plan that is well thought out and used all the space brilliantly. The plan catered for all our needs that are unique to our family and we are going to have a high quality gorgeous home for an affordable price! She has been helpful and kind during this whole process and gives us so much time. She has gone over and above the standard - we would know we have been working with other volume builders to get quotes.

I won't give any rating for this builder. I had built the property with burbank. Within few months, my main door is not working. Even if you communicate to Home care. Not taking any responsibility. I am really fed up with this builder. Please don't choose this builder in the future.

We built our dream house through burbank as we trust them from the day when burbank built our first home in 2017. So next time we were not stressed to go the different builder as we already decided to build our second house with burbank in 2021. Outstanding results and finished the construction within time frame. Solving our issues within a day or 2. Very responsive and respectful towards clients thoughts. Highly recommend

My partner and I recently visited Burbanks Edge Studio, we were super impressed with how smooth the process was. Being first time home builders there were a lot of nerves prior, however the appointment went super well. Bec and Elyssa were extremely helpful, patient and accomodating. We left feeling confident and excited about our new home.
