Bunnings Werribee reviews
59This is the worst Bunnings store in the history of Bunnings stores. Never any stock, massive delays on click and collect orders, only ever one checkout open. The quicker this one shuts down the better.
Staff provided incorrect advice on electricall items. Also failed to ensure customers checked in or wore masks whist in store or in payment que. Did not even remind them at the register.
Staff are very helpful compared to hoppers, less crowded. Don't have all the stuff available in bigger store like hoppers.
A big shout to Samantha Dinh in hire section. She serves with a big smile always and explained everything about the cleaner i hired and co-operated a lot when i forgot my reciept and card home. Amazing service. Thanks Samantha.
Too small. Not much merchandise. After wasting half your time, you realize that you need to go to other Bunnings now to find half of your stuff.
Sorry guys, but these things all happened for a $5.99 online click and collect order.
1. We pulled up in the Bays. There was no one else there. Lots of staff milling near the entrance. No service for us though.
2. Rang through twice and it rang out. Twice.
3. Got out of my car for service and they had picked the wrong order.
4. Security guy on door leans in so-not-Covid-safe close to tell people they can’t enter store without white card. I mean REAL close!
Wait in the cold. Wait, wait, wait.
4. Just added a star because they went back in, searched high and low and found my correct order.
No cafe in store, let down again by my own insatiable appetite for sugar. Maybe a few cracks with the cane straight from the ground across the face might snap me out of this transient state.have a go, you won't feel a thing. In Loving Memory of Big John, the Weis Farmer.
Good store. Not tidy, staff friendly and professional. Reasonably stocked. Possibly due to covid. Amenities often without toilet paper.
Though its one of the smallest bunnings compared to all the others, it has most things one would need and the staff are helpful.
Their web site said they had the artificial hedge. Wen I got there they said no they dont. Had to travel to hoppers to
get what I wanted
Small Bunnings. 9 times of out of 10 you’ll need to go to Hoppers Crossing to get what you want.
Love the friendly service. Team members go above and beyond to help you with your projects and enquiries.
Not the largest of Bunnings you'd see. Has a fair bit of items on the shelves. But you might often find that you need to drive to Hoppers to get your product. Best to check stock on the website before you head in store.
Small, hard to get to. Two male staff were chatting away. When asked for their assistance, reply was "if it's not on the shelf, we've run out" and returned to chatting. Luckily another lady staff was completely the opposite and went out of her way to assist, including letting me know the stock level of other stores.
Rating based on today's visit. Couldn't find a trolley. Went in with a basic list of things needed, could only get 3 things out of a list if 10 items. No stock, shelves empty. No one available to help and when finally found someone they had no idea what I was looking for or if it was in stock. Was sent to an isle that had nothing to do with what we were searching for. 40 minutes lining up for a checkout. Insufficient staff serving on checkouts. Bad experience all round.
Whenever I am unable to find things in Hoppers Crossing bunnings, I always come here. Because here is a lots of stock of tools and other stuff.
A distance was with in-laws the staff did not have a clue what we were looking for. I told them I would go back to Echuca and post
Purchased some gloves; they were meant to be a pair but were both right hand gloves and one had a hole in it. I was able to exchange them.
Small store and limited stock. Staff was quite reserved wasn't expecting such response. Maybe they were tired after a long hot day hours which is quite understandable.
