Bunnings Werribee

26 November 2023,8: 45am. We purchased 2 door mats, 6 rubber mats which were on discounts. The guy on the counter did not even bother to apply the discount and wasted my time. I had to drive all the way back to the store. Wasted 30 mins and half a litre of fuel. Pls ask the staff to ensure they treat customers as customers and not a liability, and for Gods sake, train these blockheads.

Small store compare to other Bunnings branches and can be hard to find parking on weekends. But you can get most of the usual items in stock here rather than going far to bigger branches.

Bunnings if you are listening, please educate the Werribee staff on what time the hire shop would be closed. Came to pick up carpet cleaner at 7. My bad I forgot to bring the driving license in card. Double checked with the Indian girl at the counter at what time the shop closes (9pm) and I would return to pick up. Came back at 8: 20 only to hear from the same girl that she couldn't process as the system won't allow to process as it is late.
I insisted her to call the manager but that person abruptly said can't do anything. Atleast they should be considerate to apologize as it is clearly the staff's mistake.

Though I found most of the other senior lady staff are very polite and always helpful.

Bunnings was good got what l wanted not very crowded left happy.will be back possibly on the weekend.

Great for quick purchase in this small Bunnings outlet. Not a full fledged one but does the job.

The service is down hill some Of the people that work there are so rude I think they need someone to teach them to act with a bit understand to customer

Good location for the locals. Not to busy in this story, which is good. Small bunnings but lot of stock for what I need at times.

As far as a Bunnings goes it's pretty small. The first time we went, great service from staff. 2nd time, not so motivated to help.

Great experience! Friendly staff always willing to help customers. Special thanks to Kylie in the paint section. She gave extra time to help me match the color for my wall. I respect her attitude of help and service to customers.

They wouldn't let me in cause I haven't been vacinated. But I stood at the door and the checkout girl came to me. So I got my key cut anyways.

It's a little different as Bunnings goes - smaller and different layout to what I'm used to. Still easy to find what you want, staff really friendly and helpful.

Nice little place but they have what you would need to buy. One way entrance and exit makes it lot easier to drive in and out. Plants section is very small, however nicely maintained. Check stock level online before going to the store. Overall good experience and fast processing time.

Great click n collect service, the parking bays are a tight squeeze for some one with minimal depth perception (that would be me haha) otherwise quick and friendly.

Liam on live chat today was exceptional. He helped me searching product which I was having difficulty finding online and helped me in processing my order.

I understand during lockdown the staff maybe under the pump.
But, I am frustrated that I am still waiting for my delivery from the local Bunnings.
Don't take payment immediately if the order cannot be prepared and delivered in the time stated. It should be a pending payment until the order has been filled!

I have waited more than 30 mi utes for click and collect during covid restrictions. Werribee is worst in handling click and collect. Now I know where to go to get click and collect. Hoppers are handling it very good.

Usually well stocked store.
It's crazy busy on the weekends, but the carparks big enough to find a spot at any time. (excluding father's Day)

Wish I could give a negative star review. Absolutely appalling service by staff. I am a disability support worker and they didn't allow me to enter the store with my client as I didn't have a trade card.absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Bunnings.

Trusted brands but the staff lack product knowledge. If you know what you need it's fine but if your unsure I wouldn't trust what the staff are saying in general. I know there is staff with trade experience but a lot of staff.
