Bunnings Moorabbin

Met the most helpful and patient Retail assistant Kimberly, Monday 14 June.
In the bathroom section. She was so helpful and her product knowledge of shower screens was amazing.

Just like any other Bunnings.
Dont know why, always slow at the till when I was there. 1 staff kept us waiting for about 5-10mins while he chat to another customer

Well. It’s a Bunnings where you can buy Bunningsy stuff. I don’t know why we should be forced to do these silly reviews. I suppose it’s a yank thing but how it helps I don’t know.

Great store, well laid out and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always nice to be greeted with a smile. Most important got what I needed quickly.

Bunnings is always good but I got lost in this one.
Things I was looking for were not in the same places as all the other Bunnings I go to.
I guess once you get to know the set up it would be just as awesome as all the rest I visit

What's Not to like about going to Bunnings.if I can't find something the friendly staff are always on hand to ask.

Good variety of tools? , cleaning equipments, wood, plants? , lights, paints, kitchen sets etc. Staff were friendly. Following COVID SAFETY procedures

Nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces. Mostly everything is in stock when i go shopping there.

Not a pleasant experience with click&collect. They could not find my order and it felt the way employee talked to us that it was our fault. At the end they found it after spending half an hour there. They have no clue how to organise click&collect and I understand that they never done it but you should be nice to the customers.

The employees lack of moral clearly indicates the managers really ARE like the newspaper’s reports

Staff are always lovely and ready to help you with an abundance of questions and the store itself is well laid out. It holds slightly less stock than other stores in certain items but you know; first world problems!

Got great help and advice from Nigel in the timber area when products were low in stock and awaiting replenishment. Great service and appreciated his help!

Great choice of product, service is very hard to find, close to non existent. If it wasn't destination shopping, nobody would bother with bunnings.

Low on stock always and do not have what the other bigger stores have.disappointed more than once.

Perfect, if you do your research before going everything is listed as in stock or out of stock along with the aisle number. Things are mostly easy to find. Parking is very easy, heaps of parking available and the sausage sizzle is as usual as well.

Arrived for my drive and collect, tried calling the number provided to advise them I have arrived etc, phone disconnected. Called the store, advised someone will be out with my order now. Waited another 20 minutes, nothing. Went into the store, walked up the counter to collect my items and got given the wrong items, twice! Waste of a service in my opinion, would've been easier if I just went in like I usually do.

Very frustrated with Bunnings Moorabbin. They called me to tell me that a delivery would be made today and I requested it to be the morning. After waiting around for half the day, I finally called to check on the status. They had the wrong date, so basically told me to wait around on the completely wrong day. Now I have to wait around on yet another day to get a delivery and who knows if it will show up. Very frustrating.

It is good to find a covid safe Bunnings as to many are banned.
Clyde, Cranbourne and Dandenong are not.
Narre Warren and this stores are all good.
As I live near Clyde store I came looking for a lemon tree but did NOT have one even after there web sites said low stock.
I have to wait till march to get one.
Just need to do more stocktakes more often.
