Bunnings Moorabbin reviews
42Thanks Marcus, the stuff of Bunnings Moorabbin. I went to repair Victa line trimmer which I bought one year ago,but I don't have receipt. Marcus repaired it by 5 mins. A nice kind and skilled man, thanks again
2023. Big thanks to Marcus on BBQ area. Really knowledgeable on coal BBQ, the fuel to use and how to get the best out of each product. 5 stars Marcus for knowledge and professionalism.
2022. Has any one had a bad shop at Bunnings lately? The only thing I have noticed is that are more Orange price tags than in the past when yellow was there for the taking. Come on Bunnings where are those sale products gone.
Team leader Kathy is great in customer service. She knows exactly the location of non-regular items which locate randomly. In addition she would get them in person to make sure the best shopping experience for customers. It becomes rarer these days when the proportion of new under trained crews goes higher in Bunnings.
By far the best customer service I have experienced at the Bunnings Moorabbin store. Perry’s customer service and product knowledge is outstanding and Angie who served me at the register is so bright and cheerful I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.
Search on the web and it said they had the item at at store. Couldn't find it at all.
Couldn't get a key cut because they didn't have the same key and no sausage sizzle
We bought some plants and pots from Bunnings the variety of plants and plant related essentials things are wide. High quality products. We loved it!
Came here looking for a specific screw, none in stock but boy did the staff do their best to locate it, even suggested alternatives and provided advice on different work arounds.
Really appreciated their efforts and service.
We were helped greatly by Ellie (Lifestyle) while looking for a garden mesh fencing on Thursday, 15th June. She was friendly and competent, not only helping to find a suitable item, but giving some advise too. Later in the day, she also helped with the garden watering products. We are very grateful for a very good service.
Found what I was looking for. Not too busy, even staff asked if i need any help which is very unusual for bunnings.
Along with Bunnings Mentone, this is by far one of the better Bunnings stores I've visited. Staff are great but sometimes, especially on weekends they can be hard to locate so a tip is to do your homework online and work out what isles your items are in.
Specials are great too but get in early as they do often run out of hot catalog buys. The kid's play area is a good touch and you can easily keep an eye on them while having a coffee in the adjacent coffee shop.
So my gripes are that staff are sometimes hard to find, especially on weekends and another issue is that the lighting in many of the aisles is not the best so reading pricing and product details can be difficult at times, especially if you have sight difficulties.
Don't believe the internet when it says 'in stock'. Aaarrrggghh. Other than that, it's a standard, usual Bunnings - everything easy enough to find.
Geez Australia is so backward. No i really mean that. Click and Collect is usually used because someone requires it today - not in 3 days time. Why bother having click and collect if its not same day (if ordered by midday for example - I can understand something not being available within the hour or if you order at 3pm.). The way Bunnings organizes it, is like something out of the 1970's. I mean we are 21 years into the 21st century and 24 months after Covid and this is still the best you can do? Lets face it their website is a mess of an interface as well.
Waiting in a Click & Collect bay for 25mins, while observing streams of ‘essential’ Karen shoppers walking out with trolleys of soil & house plants.
Special orders are so unprioritized. But thats not even the beginning of the issues. I come here nearly everyday for work. Stock count is always wrong, making you drive to Mentone Bunnings after wasting your time because it said ‘in stock’. Some of the people at the registers have no idea what they’re looking for, people standing around, one register open at once while other staff dawdle around. Wouldn’t be coming here if it wasn’t for work lol
Day five and still not a word about my order. Supposed to be 'click & collect' more like 'click & forget'! That is; may as well forget you ordered it, 'cause by the time you get it you no longer need it!
Update: Now day seven and still no news! Have rung their 1800 customer care line (?) which says they are no longer taking calls because they are too busy to answer! Disgracefully behaviour from this company to freeze their customers out like this. Shows what Bunnings are really all about. ABSOLUTELY APALLING!
Great, so good to be able to purchase what I needed (garden) with the friendly service and great advice from the staff.
Found that - the staff here are not pleasant to deal with, it felt like I was asking too much when asking for help and advice.
Very helpful, friendly staff, the didn't have my product in stock, but were able to direct me to a bunnings in the area that did.
Bunnings where all things are great and prices are fantastic. Somewhat confused isles down the back and almost too messy
