Bunnings Altona

Bunnings Altona is a shining example of efficiency and click and collect being done right. I applaud the staff for their attentiveness and excellent customer service.

Gave me paint without the lid being closed, the paint then spilled all over my car. And now they are blaming me for opening it - why would I open it at the store using click and collect? Handled so badly by the Altona store.

Great Bunnings, but if you want to use the cut shop facilities forget it, on 3 different occasions over a period 14 months, l was told the Saw is Broken, Really!
It's Bunnings you can't supply another saw, l think during Covid trade users aren't a priority for Bunnings.

Very large super warehouse here. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Store was clean and busy and everything I needed I was able to locate very easily. Definitely a five star rating for Bunnings Altona

Even in lockdown the store has continued to operate efficiently fly and with great customer service. Like that there is a person making sure people wear a mask and use the QR code.
Good parking. Toilets available. Busy on weekends - of course.

This pace beats our hoppers store by far. Clearly the manager has their min Max levels set on point. Never disappointed from this location

It's Bunnings, it's pretty much the same as Melton and Ballarat and every other Bunnings I've been in. Which is to say, I love it, Bunnings is awesome for me personally.

Very friendly staff and got everything that we required that we couldn't get at our local Bunnings

Customer service was really good compared to other bunnings stores around Melbourne. Team is very friendly and won't take long to offer their assistance if required.

Hit and miss this store. There either very helpful (if you happen to get a semi retired x tradie) or make you wish you drove to Bowens a little further down the road or another Bunnings to begin with as that's where you'll end up half the time anyway. They seem to be out of stock a lot.

Utterly dysfunctional online sales where items are sold only to be refunded due to out of stock after a click and collect is scheduled. This has happened twice in a row now.

Bunnings is such an Australian icon.
It's a great place to shop at very competitive prices.

Although not a huge Bunnings I find that is easier to find things, staff are friendly and helpful, my happy place.

Bunnings Altona have staff the are overly friendly and happy to help with anything you ask them. If the person doesn’t know the answer they will go and find someone who does. It’s a service that can not be beaten.

Unbelievable, I'm in the store right now waiting for help with plumbing it's been 50 minutes and counting there is about 30 staff on that I can see and about 15 customers! No one has a clue they are just all walking around very slowly like zombies! I'll never shop at Bunnings again that's for sure!

I would honestly say that this might be one of the best Bunnings in Victoria. Staff are ludicrously friendly and helpful, store is organised very well and pretty much always has every item that you’d expect. Although I do live close to this one so you may need to make a point to come to this Bunnings but for the people who live close it’s an absolute dream of a Bunnings store.

Lowes replacement. Loved the place, specially the snags. Grabbed one, with onions, before entering three store and was in heaven.

What a massive well-stocked Bunnings! Very easy to find what I wanted. I was in and out in great time. I have actually never seen such friendly staff on the door and till.

It's our anniversary today, 32nd and we always go to Bunnings Altona to buy a tree for our yard every year.
Great prices extensive range, friendly staff and disabled friendly.

Quite large and has pretty much most of wgat you might need for any projects you have planned (indoor, outdoor, garden ect)
