Bun Bo Hue Chu Le

Really enjoyed the meal here. We ordered a mix of pork and prawn spring rolls, lemongrass chilli chicken and Beef Pho. All of the food was delicious, as was the jasmine tea. Really good prices. Service is super quick and food is fresh. Only downside was that the bathroom was closed due to some issues, so was a little annoying. We will be back again for sure!

Have been to a lot of Pho and Bun Bo Hue shops in Springvale. Had been a while since going to Chu Le when they were in the original spot, just felt a bit too cramped for my liking. They have made an excellent choice moving next to the ANZ building. So much more comfortable and I had forgotten how good the Pho and Bun bo hue is here.

Clean soup that doesn't leave you needing to drink tons of water afterwards because it was packed with too much MSG.

I came during the week for lunch and was served almost immediately. Generous servicings of sliced beef, plus the mint, bean shouts, chilli and slice of lemon. Chilli and Oyster sauce containers were clean and didn't have the hard bits of sauce on the tips which put me off using them.

Look like I may be converting to my new go to Pho shop in Springvale. Heads up there is a credit card surcharge so bring cash to avoid it.

Friendly service and super quick. We had eight patrons today and the food was here in 10mins. Piping hot and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We ordered a large size bowl of Special beef for two people sharing, we had 2 empty bowls served so we could share our order. I would put a 5 stars for the delicious meal. The large size bowl was 18 aud.

We've tried many places in Springvale but I'm going to call it and say this place does THE best Bun Bo Hue in Springy. So aromatic and flavoursome. Lovely staff and cool atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

Ordered bun bo hue and sliced beef pho, and was impressed with the care they took to pack the beef separately with a plastic sheet.
Fresh ingredients and beef was thinly sliced.
Just heat up the soup and pour over the beef, pho, bean sprouts and Thai basil.
Very generous portions and great taste!
Will be back to order again!

Don't know what to say but this place is amazing. The bun Bo hue was so hearty and has the most aromatic lemongrass taste. The noodles were perfect and there's a generous amount of filling.

The crispy combination noodles were fantastic. Loaded meat and veggies with the sauce just right and enough to keep the noodles crispy throughout the meal. Lots of seats and staff are pretty friendly.

Such yummy food, the soup noodle dishes are the best! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the new store is clean and spacious. Definitely visit if you're looking for a delicious meal!

I highly recommend their signature dish Bun Bo Hue. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. It is perfect for large groups. I've tried every bbh in Melbourne but this place is hands down the best.

Finally. After the awful covid 2020, managed to see Chu Le open again and serving my fav bun bo hue. Great to see the 3 siblings again. Missed the dad though. Taste still the same and as good!
