Great food served by the friendliest owner and their staff! Our family always enjoys the food there.

Very friendly staff, food was quick and tasty. We had the beef pho and a crispy chicken noodle soup, the pho was definitely the winner. The chicken was crispy however soup was a more subtle flavor. Generous portions. The place is clean and the owners have put effort into the decor. Large place would suit large groups too.

Had a Vietnamese Coffee & Jasmine Tra. Great friendly service. Will be back for a meal with the family.

This place is very clean and a lot less manic compared to others in the area. Courteous staff too. A much more positive and comfortable dining to be had and their pho is very good too. The noodles were nicely cooked whilst retaining a good bite to it; flavoursome broth served with an ambundance of bean sprouts. Will return

Went for the signature bun bo hue noodles and it did not disappoint. Really nice decor and setup here; spacious, clean and comfortable seating with the padded benches.

The bun bo hue had plenty of various meats; quite surprised to see rare beef in it which isn’t the norm, but most welcomed. Came out in about 7 minutes once I ordered, so really good if you on a quick lunch.

THE SERVICE! From the moment you walk in Paul and the staff greets you with a smile, this warms our hearts immediately! We are directed to our table or they give us the option to choose where we want to sit (on the not so busy days). Paul is always so friendly and welcoming. His mood sets the tone, ALWAYS SO CHEERFUL. He goes out of his way to check on how your meal went, conversates with you and is always so freaken sweet. THANKS PAUL, we love your hard work

THE PHO! This is why we keep coming back my partner and I love love love the brisket Pho! The best thing about it, is the broth. It has a earthy, aromatic taste. It's such a comforting soup, it's savory and rich, while still feeling clean and refreshing at the same time. Best in The South-East!

THE VIBE! Great for couples and large groups, even on your own. You are always Welcomed by Paul and his staff. So much room with many tables to choose from. The red chairs are really comfortable with music and a big screen TV playing in the background. So homey.

THE $! Every dish is so affordable and is cooked to perfection. Come and see for yourself

Chu Le was always a little gem of a restaurant hidden away in the rear of the Springvale main strip.enjoyed many times with family & friends.i must say i am very impressed with the new restaurant which is now right behind the ANZ bank, the restaurant is bigger & the atmosphere is fantastic with a small outside area as well.
The food is absolutely A1 & always made with the best & freshest produce.i love the beef Pho' with beef tendons which are beautifully tender & gelatinous that melts in your mouth & tastes great.a great menu if its just a quick lunch, or something more substantial with the family.a great selection of Cognacs & always great service with a smile. & the prices are very very reasonable.if you haven't tried this place yet, give it a go.its never disappointed us & we wish Bun Bo Hue Chu Le every success for the future.keep up the great work guys & see you again soon.

It’s very yummy.
Ordered small bun Bo hue extra meat but they gave me a bigger one and I finished it by accident. Which means it’s so good.
Highly recommended for Vietnamese food.

Noodles soup is light, exactly what I like.and a clean place as far I can see during my visit.

We absolutely loved the Bun Bo Hue, it really suited our palates. Service was fast and our food was brought out in less than 10 minutes after ordering even though the restaurant was quite busy. We appreciated the cleanliness of this restaurant.

We also ordered a broken rice dish (cơm tấm đặc biệt) but were disappointed that the rice and bì was quite dry, but the meat was very flavourful!

Very reasonable prices. Make sure to bring cash as there is a 3% card surcharge!

This is a very vibrant, bustling and busy place. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We were a group of 7 people and we didn't have a booking, we were lucky to get a table as we could see that it's a really busy place. The food menu is very elaborate and there are many authentic Vietnamese dishes available here which you rarely find in other Vietnamese restaurants. One such example was egg soda drink. It was a delicious drink and a must try.

Reliable, consistent, tasty and kid friendly. They will cater to your needs, making customised dishes for your picky kids or big kids with strange wonderful combinations.

I really thought that this place was going to be my new local “go to” restaurant as the inside dining customer service and food has been good. My takeaway food experience was very disappointing. The four takeaway containers that I opened when I got home, were only half full. I did try to discuss this matter with them before I wrote this review, but they didn’t get back to me.
