I had a steel security door and fly screens installed on four windows by Bulleen Screens in the last couple of weeks. Everything was manufactured and installed to a high standard so I am happy. It took maybe four weeks from placing the order, but that was in line with my expectations. No issues with the initial quoting process either. I would recommend using Bulleen Screens based on my experience.

Just had Bulleen Screens put in 4 visiguard screens at my new house including 2 sliding doors. Fantastic service and quality screens. Feeling much more secure in the house and having the screens makes it a lot easier for us having evaporative cooling we don’t have to open windows anymore.
Would highly recommend them!

Fantastic service from both the office and the guys on site. Completed a detailed install in a tricky space, with a millimetre perfect fit. So happy with the extremely high quality end product - looks superb.

Wow wow.it finally took this business 6 weeks to come out and measure for a security screen and retractable fly screen. I told them dont bother measuring for the retractable screen. Hot sick of waiting and had another business do the job. The guy that came out to measure took literally 5 mins to measure. Said he d email the quote. Still waiting for a quote. Seriously dont bother with a quote. I'd get better response from a corpse. Terrible business to deal with.

Called 3 times to get sales, I missed one call from them called three more times and never heard back.
Had 15 screens or so I was looking to get.

Kept getting told we’ll see if we can fit you in.

Understand it was a busy time of year but their communication was poor and they were time wasters. Called somewhere else and told them I’ve been screwed around by Bulleen Screens and after originally saying there’s a one week wait for quotes they said they could fast track it for me and they getting someone out within two days, that’s service.

Just horrible. I first spoke with Peter over a week ago to try arrange a quote for an Invisiguard front security screen and unfortunately I was broken into last Thursday. I called him again on the Friday and explained how scared I felt living alone now that I'd been robbed, and he said he would send Andrew out today to measure up a door. Suffice to say Andrew didn't show up and he didn't even bother returning my call. I am so upset. Don't even bother wasting your time with this company or their other business operating from the same address called 'Fort Security screens'.

As i was just searching to find a company to do some fly screens in my new home i was trying to remember who i used last time to NOT use them again and thought it helpful (as it is being to me in my new search) to let others know of my previous experience.
To find the name of the company i searched my emails and was reminded of the hassle it was to get any prompt communication, many emails with me asking why no-one was answering the phone in the office when i called and why my emails are going un-responded. So communication was dreadful.
The installation when it finally happened went ok.
After they left though i noticed in the bedroom (i had 4 rooms windows done all up) that the screen was way too short for the window leaving a large gap up top which the installer had tried to hide by bulking up the edge of the frame with black pieces stuck in the cavity. Not happy i rang them to come fix it and they just screwed on these flexible metal brackets to have the frame sit higher to fit better in the frame.
In hindsight i should have made a bigger fuss and demanded it to be redone but was over with dealing with them. Clearly not a good company with quality workmanship so why beat a dead horse.
A month or so later the lounge room frame started flapping around in the wind one stormy night and it became clear that one was not correctly measured and fit either. Brilliant.
At $1,400 you'd expect them to be darn well perfect.
So i look for another company this time around and leave this as a review of my personal experience for others to take into consideration when shopping around themselves.

Great experience and their service was performed in a timely fashion. A+, if I had more properties I would not hesitate to contact them again for such jobs! I got a security door and fly screens for my unit! Thank you, Mani

I would like to say I have been throughly disappointed in my dealings Bulleen Screens through this process. Its automated hands off approach is something I'd expect from dealing with a larger company rather than what I though was a local company that would offer good customer service. It has been a cold, sterile process, with less than helpful people on the phone when I have tried to make contact to clear things up. Including when trying to book a different installation time, or flagging that the payment method I used to pay the deposit was no longer valid and would need to arrange to pay by another means. This along with your installation technician, whilst being friendly, speedy and courteous; leaving wood and metal shavings at each installation point and having no means to clean up after their work is rather disappointing. I hope that the doors are built to a good standard and we have no warranty issues as dealing with your automated email, phone and sms system is something we would prefer to not have to deal with again.

Only positive is the product does look good.

This is the worst experience i ever had. I went to shop to get some info with my father and get told off either make an order or get out. Madness business owner no wonder you are short of staff

Rang to request quote & told we would be called within a week to arrange time. One month later I emailed & then was given a time for a quote. Rep didn't turn up & no call to advise. Not happy!

I find it hard to believe any one has been able to use this company!
Their follow though is an absolute joke!
I contacted 3 different sales people in the hope I would reach someone who wanted to actually make a sale. 3 days later they still haven’t booked in my job.
Is it a very difficult booking system to use? Or just plain unprofessional laziness?
Just a tip for your salespeople (it’s sales 101, what EVERY SALES PERSON SHOULD KNOW)
When a customer want to book in a job - get back to them with a time (even if you are so busy it’s a month away, just communicate, don’t ignore them!)
When you have taken a long time to get back to them APOLOGISE FOR THE DELAY, not apologising makes your staff appear incredibly ill mannered.
Quote accurately! This WAS NOT done, and was noted, but I needed the job done so I was willing to go ahead anyway.
It is so simple to have happy customers when staff are doing their job correctly.

I've used Bulleen Screens on two occasions - first time for security screens, second time for a sliding security door. On both occasions they came to do a quote shortly after I'd contacted them and the work itself was done about two weeks later. They tradesmen were very good at their jobs, and the work was done extremely well.

This is a joke. Requested a quote. Took them nearly two weeks to reply. Rang me to say next day. Between 7am to 8am. I was first customer for the day. Took time off work to meet those hours. They never turned up between those hours. No courtesy phone call to say running late. Rang their office and their switch said too busy and kicked me off line. Left a message. It's 8.20am still no phone call. Sounds like their too busy for my business. Just have to go to their competitors.

Went in with the original frame for them to make us a new one in the exact same colour and size. When we went to pick it up it was a completely different colour and our original one that we took in to model it after was gone. After sending photos they still could not determine the correct colour, so we had to go into the office and select a colour in person. Original quote was $33. Actual payment after all this was $45. Not a single apology for the nuisance caused.

Extremely pleased with these guys. Had invisiguard security doors installed and from start to finish the service was excellent. The doors look fantastic and their installer was a perfectionist which was great. Feeling a lot safer at home now.
