Simply the go to company for flyscreen doors. Fantastic service, great build quality and fast delivery. I had an non-standard opening, requiring an oversize screen which after meeting the team in person they came up with a great solution. Less than 2 weeks later the screen was delivered to my door free of charge. Couldn't be happier!

Do not recommend dealing with Bulleen screens. I asked for very specific products to meet certification requirements from our building surveyor. The techs who came to measure went with their own design which did not meet our needs and the company has refused to rectify or refund the incorrect items

John was an absolute legend. He Installed a beautiful screen door and communication was fantastic. Cannot fault the quality or look!

Excellent service and quality. When something was missed from an order they sent someone immediately to drop off the items. Also when I'd made a mistake on an order, the owner personally helped me out of hours and arranged the items I needed to get the job done.

Outstanding product and service! We are in a heritage colonial and ordered a decorative screen door for the front door. Everything had to be custom because nothing from this house is the standard size (sigh). After some really bad experiences with another company ('no fuss', my butt.) we contacted Bulleen Screens. Communication has been fantastic throughout, yes there were delays because of covid issues etc but we were always kept informed of progress. The door was installed this morning and it looks absolutely sensational. Terry did a fantastic job, very fast installation and had some good ideas for problem solving when our crooked old house played some more tricks. The door itself is really solid and well made and looks absolutely fantastic from inside and outside. For anyone with a colonial or federation era house, I would highly recommend Bulleen as they have a really wide range of styles that will suit older style houses. It was a great experience all round and I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the company!

I had Bulleen Screens replace all my fly screens and I’m so happy with the outcome. I found the process from measuring to installation nothing but professional with reliable and easy communication. I have an Art Deco property and they made sure that the new screens would suit the existing windows and overall property. As a female who doesn't have a strong background in home renovations, it always pleases me when I find a trusted company who delivered on quality, price and workmanship.

Worst experience possible with this bul**** company. Absolutely ripoff and customer service is zero. I wish I could go back in time and choose a different company to do my job for the whole house. They just want to take your money and your jobs are not done. I have problems with the screen and called the customer service lina and she wasn’t even listening and over talking and very rude. I asked to talk to the manager and a lady name I think Kathryn called me back and she was even worse and don’t think she was the manager after all and she said we wont do business with you because I asked them to come and fix up the problem. But they want more and more money to fix it. If there is an owner of this company he needs to watch out for his business because I can see the staff got no idea about customs service.

I need a sliding screen door fitted and this would require extra work as it would need a track put in place. Mario came around, measured everything up and I got the quote the next day. I paid the deposit and within a week they were out fitting everything up. Great result and I am really happy with the work. Next is a new front screen door.

ZERO stars if I could. All I can say is that there are better companies to deal with then Bulleen Screens. Waited over a month for a reply for confirmation of an appointment. I dropped in on at the office and was advised that there was no appointment even booked. The girl at reception was to have called me back with a reason as to why this had not happened but six months later still no reply but have gone elsewhere for better customer service. Josh was to call back but this never happened.
Give Illusion flyscreens in Rowville a call. Great customer service, even missed call are called back.
