Build A Bear Workshop

My Miss about to turn 9 and her friends had an amazing time. Looking forward to returning. Party host was fabulous, Fountain Gate store 23.2.2020.

I don't even know where to begin with this review.we brought my 3 year old and her best friend to celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday the staff were super unorganized and completely unprofessional the girls were rushed through the stuffing despite there being 2 staff members on only one was working.at this point i was already pretty irritated as i have gotten better service from the Stufflers school holiday programs and spent 1/5th as much.if i could have walked out without paying at this point i would have! After spending $90 on two bears we were asked if we wanted to donate a bear to a charity to which my husband responded no, the cashier then proceeded to say "what so you don't like sick kids? !? " How is this at all okay to say!? FYI lady my husband is an intensive care nurse so he is doing his part for society your comments were completely un-needed and unprofessional! All in all our time at build a bear costed us a fortune and was the absolute worst experience completely wreaked the fun mood of our daughters birthday party! I will never return to another build a bear!

Nice novelty for the kids, staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from, amusing children for at least 30 minutes.
Unfortunately busy during the school holidays, but the staff coped commendably.

Great fun, service is amazing with children, very expensive and the process is too quick for the money it costs but kids loved it!

Wish there products were a little better. Like the Koala is back but not as good as old. Polar bear is still gone. Etc. It's still a good shop and I like it, just don't love it as I used too.

My kids had such a great time making there personal teddy and were also able to buy outfits supercute.

We were invited to a kid's birthday party and it really was a Great birthday party. All the Kids had a ball. The staff here really go to every length to be fun, kind and energetic. Thanks staff you really are awesome. You will need to bring Plenty of money needed as it's $$$$$ but as a once off very enjoyable.

We visited Build a bear today and just wanted to say that our kids had a great time. The customer service we received from the 2 young girls was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend visiting to everyone. 5'S all the way.
Thankyou for making Haylee & Lachlan's first experience so much fun, we will definately be returning.

I used to go Build A Bear when i was little and it was a great experience to see how teddy bear was made but there is a big price to pay.

This store has the most friendly, bubbly staff working there. They really know how to interact with the kids and are always extremely helpful with questions asked. I was served by Adelaina and this young lady is just a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service is excellent! She made both my child and I feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help us choose the right bear for my child, as we had no idea what to get. It was an enjoyable experience to remember and I will be recommending all my friends to visit this young lady at the Fountain Gate store, so their kids can get their bears too. Will also be back for my childs party next year!

Went with my 5 year old daughter for a birthday party and she had a ball. They played games with the host and of course built a bear, there were 9 kids in total and they all loved it.

Love this store. I've been collecting these bears for years and the staff are as warm and friendly to adults as to children.

The bears and other animals in stock change regularly and are high quality, with Build a Bear providing lifetime repairs and restuffing.

The bears, outfits and other accessories can get very expensive, so I strongly recommend that any parent visiting with their child set a budget for their child before entering and stick to it.
