Build A Bear Workshop

I received some of the best customer service today from a young girl named cherub, sadly I also witness her get verbally attacked by a woman who I believe also left a review here under the name of Louise T. Hopefully next time this woman will display better manners when interacting with these remarkable young people and exercise some self-restraint.

I witnessed two staff get verbally abused by a woman today - who appears to be Nicole T who just left a review here before me. I was shocked by the way this woman was speaking to these two girls, it was just mean and unnecessary. One was in tears and the other girl was shaking. I really hope they’re okay and that this woman thinks twice before treating any retail worker like that again. The girls provided a lovely experience for my little brother afterwards despite the situation beforehand.

Took my little girl in to build a bear at build a bear fountain gate and got served by the sweetest girl named Ruby.
She was so helpful and made sure my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Valerie at Build a Bear Workshop, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of support I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional and truly deserving of a five-star review.

Such a rip off honestly! Bought 3 bears because I have 3 kids. 2 of them the stitching came undone not even 24 hours after! Also hate that they ask the kids if they want extra things in their bear not the parents.so my kids obviously wanted the extras! Ended up coasting $345! Mind you one bear was not wearing a single thing

Took my granddaughters there they loved the experience of filling and dressing their teddy bears also naming and making a birth certificate.

The guy at the shop was so friendly and helpful even though it was flat out at the time. He repaired my daughter’s completely worn out teddies. Thank you!

Staff are always super friendly and helpful and so good with kids.
The entire experience of building your own bear is amazing and the staff do everything they can to include the kids (or yourself) into the experience.
And the quality is bloody brilliant! We got one for our dog who rips into toys a lot and she's had her Build-A-Bear for 5 years now and it's just missing an eye but looks brand new otherwise!
Will definitely be coming back with our own little bubba once he's grown up a bit.

Very happy when we visited Build a bear workshop, friendly greeting and chat with the employee the moment we entered, Niece's loved seeing their bears (in this case lion) come alive and even help with filling him up, the staff were very friendly and understanding of my niece's needs.
Can't forget the birth certificate that come with each bear! Definitely something fun to do wether it's just a random day at the mall or a party get together.

Made a build a bear on the 31st of December, stitching coming undone on the back already, not happy Jan, as always I could do a better job stitching it back up

Very friendly experience, helped me secure both of the frogs by letting me put them on hold. And when I came to pick them up they guided me through the process of building it and were very helpful. They have a wide range of bears as well. This place is great for kids and adults alike.

We made 2 bears today and the girl working there was so amazing and helpful with the whole process and made it so much fun, my kids loved her so much. Thank you again.

Just built my bear with the assistance of Fiona. Fiona is an absolute superstar with high energy, enthusiasm and overall great customer service. Go Fiona!

Very busy when we went and only had 1 staff member trying to serve everyone but she was very friendly and useful

Modest selection of franchises, but has the basics covered. Paw Patrol, Lion King, generic teddy bears, etc. A selection of clothing and accessories to dress your new friend in. Friendly staff, moderate prices.

Purchased two bears for my daughters birthday. Both the stitching came undone- one was straight after purchase so we took it back and they did another one then that one came open again the next day and had my daughter in tears. Other bear came apart two weeks later. We live an hour away and rarely go to fountain gate. They thought it was appropriate compensation of a $10 voucher. Or send bears back at my cost! Fantastic customer service. Buyer beware (especially the poor kiddies who get dodgey bears)

Your website shows 9.30am open yet at 9.40am there are no signs that anyone plans to open the doors, no one answering phones lights are on but not a person to be seen I will get my children to spend their money elsewhere it’s just not good enough

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Build a Bear Fountain Gate. The staff are extremely passionate about what they do, extremely friendly and kind.

Fantastic place to take the kids, Samantha is very friendly and the kids loved her! She made the experience one to remember. (if her boss is watching- give her a raise!)
A bit pricey, but very much worth it!

I also had my daughter's 3rd birthday at build a bear and let me tell you i will never ever ever recommend or have a build a bear party again! My poor daughter left feeling very confused as to where was her party? There was no party it was just literally like going in and building a bear there was no fun or excitment behind it nothing made her feel special. And to be told by management after complaining its not our problem if your daughter and her friends are not getting in to it and we took longer than the allocated time slot um they are 2,3 and 4. All i can say is STAY AWAY! Take your kids elsewhere!
