Went to buy kitchen chairs and buffet stand and received the best customer service. All staff were super helpful. They moved furniture around so that I could see what it would look like when all the pieces came together. This allowed me to complete my whole kitchen/ Dining at once. So I purchased Table for 10. Chairs, buffet and cabinets, wall mirror and 2 lamps Congratulations to all the team at Buffet and Hutch. You should all be very proud of the customer service you give. Customer care from warehouse was equally fantastic and then delivery and set up was so caring and professional. I would recommend to all family and friends And thanks for my gorgeous furniture. It looks fantastic! My family and I are extremely happy. They have a fantastic range of furniture with outstanding customer care. Very disappointed. Extremely unkind and rude service. I paid $308 deposit in September and awaited arrival of 8 chairs which they would notify me. I called a few times and never received a call back so I went in to the store. As one lady started to help me, the other refused so the outcome was no, I wasn’t getting my deposit back!

Great furniture and awesome service. First time ever they said we do after hours delivery. From Knox to airport west. Delivery at 7pm as promised.

We recently purchase number of furniture items from them. We were assisted by owner Clint and he was really amazing to deal with. He helped us with all our needs and also provided a great pricing for the items.

Purchased our dinning chairs from them and I love them. Quality is amazing and the design is gorgeous! Definitely a must for homewares and furniture.

They have beautiful furniture but no quality control in their warehouse. When you pick up the furniture from their warehouse, make sure you remove all the packaging and wraps around the furniture and check the items carefully before you take them home. I didn’t do that because I trusted the company and thought they would check their products before wrapping them for their customers. When we unwrapped the chairs, all of them had big scratches and marks on them. They offered exchange within 7 days, but as we were quite far away, we couldn’t make it within 7 days and ended up with damaged furniture. I was totally disappointed when they did not even apologise for selling faulty items and did not offer delivery when I said the items were faulty.

Beautiful furniture, friendly staff. Clint was amazing with his patience and genuine advise. Will be visiting the store again, even it’s a fair distance for us.

Much better value than other similar style furniture stores in Melbourne but still seems on par on quality.
