Great Customer Service.
We ordered a Hutch online. We had a few questions about the dimensions after placing the order. The staff who answered the call was very polite and answered all our questions. After a few minutes he called us back and said the product might not meet our requirements and cancelled the order for us without any fuss. Will definitely visit the store to find out what works for us/

Highly recommend you check this place out as they have a great range of beautiful furnishings plus reasonably priced gifts and wonderful Christmas decorations. All staff are very helpful without pressure to purchase. It’s a big place with plenty to choose from, really worth the look.

I stumbled across Buffet & Hutch during lockdown, their stuff looked beautiful so when lockdown ended, we had to come by to check out their stuff yesterday.
Dustin (I think), who helped us, had such great customer service, he had the patience to answer all our questions (and me trying to haggle), gave us great tips on their care, he weren't pushy with the sales (actually gave hubby and I space to discuss) and he didn't try to rush us out because it was past their closing time (I'm sorry, I didn't even realise the time). So we bought the Limoges chairs and Orleans oak table, can't wait for the delivery

Very well decorated and service was good. Furnitures on display were better than some of the bigger players.

So disappointed but not surprised. Looks great BUT 'Made in China' and very poor quality. The inside finish on buffets and hutches is appalling. Certainly cheap and cheap is what tou get. Staff very nice and the store is set out beautifully but would pay more for quality. A lot of money to pay for rubbish.

Honestly soo frustrated, ordered a coffee table more than a month ago. When ordering it stated delivering will be in 7 days, just got married and my living room is still empty, really foiled and feel mislead.

I recently purchased the provincial dining chairs, I was so impressed with the quick and efficient customer service and they answered all of my questions and I am really happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this business look forward to visiting their showroom when we can.

Recently filled the house with furniture from Buffet & Hutch for a totally new look. Absolutely love it. Service was excellent.

I received the wrong product with my order and have been avoided since calling to see whether I can receive the right product twice! As it turns out, the product wasn't in stock and they've refunded me which is appreciated. My advice to any potential buyer is to call and check the product is actually in stock as opposed to what I did and rely on the website being accurate. They are polite to deal with but appear slack to ensure their website reflects their stock. What a shame.
