Firdt i mailed, no response, then Even after visiting and asking to mail me back the details so that i can book my tickets asap, i got no response! No value for costumer at all.

Staff are rude and unprofessional.instead of resolving any issues they escalate them to their boss who then in broken english calls the complaining customers and abuses them.first thing they ask is if you want an actual ticket or just an itinerary.dodgy!

Very bad Customer service and very cheap phone skill. Some people working at this place need to learn the ABC'S of how to talk with customer's.extremely unsatisfied with service. Friends if u r looking for cheap price there are lot's of different price with good customer service.

Most Unprofessional and unreliable travel agents that I have come across. No regard for privacy, if someone (layman) rings and ask about your travel detail they will provide your itinerary details. If you care about your privacy and safety never use Buddha Travel.

I booked 2 tickets with Budha Travel back in September 2012. There service was pathetic. Staff can't speak English. One of the staff disclosed all our travel information to one of my colleagues. When I rang them to confirm they were making lame excuses. Totally unprofessional people. No more Bhudha Travel

. I got ripped off $40 just to hold the tickets for a day (not book or confirm) which i wasn't made aware of.turns out majority of travel agents dont charge this.but since buddha travels is in a convenient location being next to VFS who dont accept visa applications to Europe without an itinerary, this is how they r making there money.just issuing dummy itineraries and charging people $40.they refused to refund my money when i cancelled.and yeah staff cannot communicate properly.very bad customer service.

As we are the regular customer of Buddha Travel and recently booked a ticket to Kathmandu for holiday and it was a prompt service with all enquiries and very helpful and cooperative staffs especially suraj jee! Well appreciated the customer service!
