Highly recommend Zoe, Ive used Zoe 3 times now and with the latest trip COVID-19 travel disruptions are the new normal, Zoe helped me fly back home, supported me with travel updates, even went out of her way to stay awake really late and early morning due to the timezone difference to ensure all travel paperwork was ok for me to fly out. Highly recommend Zoe for all your travel needs. Exceptional service and goes out of her way to help you. We travelled to Europe for 6 weeks in Jul/Aug 2019 for the first time as a family. I was very nervous but Zoe put me at ease with her level of knowledge and professionalism. Zoe was amazing and helped us every step of the way for flights, ferries, trains and accommodation. She would always reach out when she found cheaper deals along the way, without being prompted. She worked well into the night and I would wake to emails in the morning offering suggestions. She even secured us a fantastic price for car hire travelling around Greece. I searched for weeks and she beat that price instantly. Our trip run so smoothly between 3 countries due to the organisation and effort from Zoe. We had an amazing holiday. We travelled again later that year to Hawaii In Dec/Jan 2019. Again Zoe was marvellous as Jetstar cancelled our flight on 27th Dec and was on call every step of the way to help us reschedule. Always keeping us up to date and receiving my frantic calls with a calm tone. We had an issue with accommodation in Hawaii and again she responded so quickly. Always there to assist when you are so far from home. Can’t wait to organise our next holiday with Zoe. An absolute gem.

We couldn't have been happier with our last 2 holidays organised by Zoe, nothing was too much trouble and everything was organised to the finest detail. We had opportunity to explore in own time but we were empowered by established links made with transfers and tours.
