Three days before the school holidays in Sep 2022, my son and I decided to visit Greece. Online prices were prohibitive - and finding plane seats seemed impossible. In desperation I contacted Zoe (who at the time was on holidays!) Within 24 hours I had tickets (saved more than $1k!) and insurance cover completed. Huge obstacle sorted instantly allowing us to fly out in 3 days.

Because of the Covid-19, it was very difficult for us to fly from Shanghai to Melbourne. We booked four tickets, but the flight was delayed or cancelled, or there were not enough seats for four people on the plane last year in July.
