One of the larger and well-designed branches, Brunetti Oro Flinders Lane offers a large variety of aesthetic cakes and desserts with great seating and friendly staff.

Great spot to go for coffee and cake. But very unhappy about the order system for the cake. I went on sat night it was so busy had to wait so long time to order cake, I was in the queue but see people just jumping to the front ordered and the staff didn’t know or care who come first it was annoying

I absolutely adore the sweets here and they also surprisingly make a good chai latte but the sweets are amazingly done.with an elegant touch?

Amazing local staple for coffee/tea and pastries! The array of sweet cakes and biscuits to choose from was astonishing. There’s always a crowd, which adds to the amazing atmosphere; just be sure to find a table quick during a Friday night.

What a find! We went into Burnetti's thinking it was a little street-side cafe, and found out that it was so much more. The amount of mouth-water pastries on display was amazing, it was so hard to choose what to try!
The chocolate fondant and profiteroles where delicious but the cannoli was a bit disappointing.
All the same, I would definitely recommend visiting and experiencing the Wonka-esque delights at Burnetti's

Amazing Ambience and great staff. It is a tad busy all the time, that's because of the quality it offers.

Staff are also very good. Not your average coffee shop with top of the range cakes pattiseries and meals.

I wanted a cake for gluten intolerant. While not glueten free it served my purpose and was a great birthday cake thanks brunetti

If you're after frozen to death, tasteless and overpriced birthday cakes this place is the go. Oh and btw the extremely rude behaviour of the lady attempting to serve me was there cherry on the top.

As a paying customer I was rudely refused entry to the toilet. This is against the law as a business operating with a liquor license. Anywhere that sells alcohol must provide an accessible bathroom. Selfish behaviour by restaurant staff with no awareness of patron’s accessibility needs.

They have the BEST cakes, patisseries and coffee. BUT its always so busy especially on the weekends and the baristas are always understaffed. Had to stand infront of the coffee and wait for my latte for 45 mins! - couldnt sit down because i cant hear them yell out my order

Food was terrible, I had a slice of pre-made vegetable pizza, like warm and crust was hard to cut with knife so I used my hands but it was very chewy, very bland taste, the pizza sauce was very bitter horrible taste, there was no buffalo mozzarella and no other soft cheese, the vegetables had no taste. Worst pizza I ever had. The cuppacino was like warm, and service very slow. The little custard pastry I had was very chewy and hard to chew, the custard was not creamy and only a tiny amount. The tap water was warm room temperature. So Nothing special, you only pay for the Iconic name and nice venue but everything else is rubbish, ev

One of the waitresses is very unprofessional, her attitude is very terrible. Because she didn't tell us the specific amount before we paid, we paid more than the order, but we didn’t get any apology. The manager is even also very impatient, I had a lot of good memories here with my friends but I didn’t expect to have such a bad customer service today. I feel very disappointed and I will never come again.

I love the sweets and cakes. They are so fresh and delicious. Coffee is great as well. I love Brunetti in Flinders Lane street.

Kind and fast service, tasty food and just the right price. Super family friendly space, right music volume. The perfect place for a brunch in a hectic week

Delicious desserts and can't get enough of it to be honest! Black Forest, Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu and Brunetti Rocher are capable of giving a glimpse of what possibly is heaven after life!

Had an extremely rude encounter with an asian lady at the cake counter around 7pm today. Never experienced such customer service at Brunetti before.

Would have been good if the staff told us that they were closing in 10 minutes as we were ordering the coffee

Fantastic customer service and the desserts (inc) coffee are top class. Had peppermint choc and cookie flavoured gelati- YUM
