Well it took nearly 20 years of living in melbourne to finally find a real quality French Bakery. (I don t know if the business is French operated) but being French myself I can testified, it is the best venoiseries we ever tasted on this side of the hemisphere. 100% like the best of Paris, not over the top and premium quality ingredients. Just had an Almond Croissant from Brulee and GOD! I could say with no doubts, that's the best Almod Croissant I ever had! The filling have a bit of rose water that is just a magical touch, outstanding!
The layers and the whole mix is just a statement of quality.
