Wosrt customer service ever Peter Brown needs to sort his business out ordered 3 weeks ago.no calls returned just rude will never shop there again

Rude customer service along with an interrogation as to why I wanted to exchange some pants. Ive never experienced anything like this before to exchange a item of clothing. Won't be returning to this store.

I bought a pure wool dressing gown recently and although my husband is not the dressing gown type of guy, he wore it everyday with a smile on his face.

Received great customer service and offered assistance upon entering the store, understood what I was after, recommended a suitable product. This was altered to fit properly and ordered me a second pair, plus nothing was to much trouble.

Recently my son was a part of a bridal party and on the day of the wedding the suit that was ordered for him didn't fit. I rang Brown's Mensland on the morning of the wedding and asked if they could assist. With no hesitation they asked us to swing in and they would sort it out. Which they did, they found a suitable suit, fitted him and sent us on our way.
The best service I have ever received, they made what started out as a stressful morning, a perfect day!
