Very poor service with absolutely no communication then also refused to give refund after not being able to supply product

My 2 boys aged 11 and 7 required suits for my Dad's funeral.
We first dealt with Cameron who was very helpful. Once the suits arrived unfortunately they didn't quite fit well, however after l noticed a different style of suit on the rack for hire, Kit began the process of ordering two new suits. Kit was very patient through this process.
On arrival of the two new suits the 2 Peter's were just as helpful as Cameron and Kit.
Would certainly recommend Mr Browns for any formal occassion.

Perfect service delivered with a sense of humour. I was made to feel that I was special, and any request was met with poise and grace.

Genuinely awful suit hire for a wedding party.
No real issues with the service and the personnel, but also nothing special to sa about it. I felt that there was little knowledge there, or at least little shared.
The fit of the suits was the worst I've seen. Two groomsmen literally swapped suits jackets for a better fit. Suits were so big that it felt and looked like you were wearing boxes.
Cheap suit builds, with no real work done to fit differing bodies (which are all normal 'off the rack' sort of bodies), with no trouser tapering which made everyone look very average.
To make matters worse, staff told us the fit was perfect.
Suit rentals are never ideal, but i don't recommend here, unfortunately.

Called at short notice in urgent need of a dinner suit for a formal function the same afternoon/ the staff could not have been more obliging and helpful- thoroughly recommend Mr Browns Menswear

Could not rate these guys any higher.

I came in with a terribly short time frame to hire a suit, it being my first time and not fully understanding the lead times needed for the whole process.

They calmly explained the whole process, very professionally, personally took the time to run me through over 10 styles and types of suits, accurately took all my measurements in under 5 minutes, and were reassuring the whole way.

The suit arrived from the warehouse in Melbourne in under 24hrs, and I was able to head in and try it on the day after I first came in.

It was an immaculate fit, every single part of it, and was cleaned and pressed as if it was new, fresh off the rack!

I had done a small amount of research and have read some horror stories, and this crew were clearly another breed.

I am so happy with my tuxedo, I’ve never worn one before, and I look like James Bond yeeeehhhar! Saved my best mates wedding for me, I can’t thank you enough. 10/5 stars for sure
