They make it out like they cater for a multi cultural community but the blonde miserable ladys at the front are very very rude and racist towards other cultures. Won't be back. Pull your staff up mangament what a joke.

The 50m pool is nice, but the gym is not. It is very small and the equipment is so old they are rusty

It's a great place but that's where it ends.the older (woman) staff are the most racist people. You guys work at a recreational centre in a very multicultural area but look down on new arrival Australians like we are not humans. 10 years ago I stopped swimming here because I was always talked to like a animal. I went today with my family and my mum doesnt speak the best of english. Older aussie woman getting angry cuz she could not understand quenching her wrist and looking at us with discust. I know she likes hearing this but we wont be back. Managers should really take racist matters seriously.

Made a court booking 2 weeks prior to date, called them up to confirm my booking and it 'magically ' disappeared. Terrible customer service.

Used the sauna at 5: 30am. A lot of people around, very friendly and great atmosphere. Perfect way to start the morning

Accident waiting to happen. OH&S Hazard
for casual swimming with children. 80% of the pools are for lane swimming so not family friendly at all. They are also used for swimming lessons. The other area near the spa gets taken over by swimming lessons as well. So supervising parents, with toddlers and/or children are jam packed like sardines into the toddler area. The last time I was there with my two boys I complained that I had paid an expensive $17 only to be allowed to swim in an area dangerously overcrowded. The staff just shrugged their shoulders at me. Obviously my safety concerns weren't an issue. I plan to go again in the near future and take photos this time. I will then hand them over to the Hume Leader because i bet I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Expensive compared to other places, very hard to find a park, toilet stinks and you can see mosquitoes inside the bathroom.
Garbage like everything in Hume city council

Great service. Karen at the desk was so lovely and helped us out with our needs. Very welcoming personality and willing to help out, taking her time with each customer to deliver good service!

Firstly the staff at the front desk can not multitask, if they are on the phone they can not do anything else - standing infront of them time and time again and they will not attempt to process patrons to allow us to enter or exit.
The equipment ‍️‍️‍️‍️ Some newish but most things are about 20 years old and they position things all wrong some machines don’t even work they just keep them there not sure why

Very convenient if you go early on Sundays. Two pools that's great. Spa and sauna outdated though.

The 50m indoor pool has plenty of lane availability even during squad sessions. The water is clean albeit chlorine strength is low. Friendly staff and cafe open during peak times.

Almost as if you're in europe. A place of many freindly nationalitys. A comfortable experiance, directly across the road from the broadmeadows shopping precinc. Go do some shopping then take a dip.

So much fun. The fact that the pools are separated by areas means you are not annoyed by kids when they are excited.

My favourite place to go for a few laps. Their 50m pool is impressive and has adequate lanes. I like the facilities here and the staff members are friendly. Very conveniently located too.

I have only really used the pool facility. The pool is a little cooler than most, It is a good size and plenty of room with a few lanes to do what you gotta do.

Would have given 5 stars if only they used litter lesser amount of chlorine in the pool.like Reservoir Leisure center. Their water isn't as stinky as this.
