Being a Canadian traveler, my visit to this store in Melbourne was an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, the coffee was among the best I’ve ever had, and the staff’s friendliness added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I highly recommend this Place.

Some of the best coffee in Southbank, and a great atmosphere. Love the vibe and approach to business.

I love this place, tried the banana bread and it's gluten-free! With a coconut butter it's the best. The juices are yummy too.

We recently spent a few weeks in Melbourne, and I was here every few days for coffee, groceries, work, or all three. Hidden away down a downtown alley, this place is awesome! Such a great vibe with all you could really want from a grocery store and a great coffee spot. There were plenty of tables inside and out, and the staff were all really friendly. Prices were as high as expected but worth it for the quality of groceries and household items. The coffee was also excellent! I think the only downside is no wifi; it is listed but does not work. Not a huge deal, I just tethered my phone.

No syrups and gave away our food after paying for it so had to substitute with limited alternatives that remained on shelf

Visiting with a pre-arranged young entrepreneur group and the owner was a complete j$&k! Didn’t make any time for us even though he promised to. Also promised to answer a short business question but denied us that too. Waste of time. Thanks for nothing. You’re coffee was not as good as promised either.

The produce is fresh and the prices are competitive when compared to other organic groceries. The availability is sometimes inconsistent for some items but it's to be expected with organic produce I suppose. Very conveniently positioned on the way from the city. Coffee is good

Pretty decent coffee and a nice variety of food. Also good for shopping for organic groceries.

Nice to sit in and enjoy the Music and views, ultimately in nice venue.

Also very good for takeaway coffee or tea. Some of the best coffee in Southbank.

Was a Great cafe however the prices have gone up far too much. Long black went from 3.80 to 4, and now 4.50 (in space of about 6 months). Was my regular now I go every now and again

Decent selection of fresh produce, grocery items and cafe food plus good coffee. Staff are friendly, efficient, attentive and helpful.

If you’re looking for a place that takes 30 minutes to make a coffee and tea, this is the one for you. Coffee itself was nice, but incredibly frustrating to see many other people come in well after us get multiple take away drinks well before those that are seated, ordered and dining get their drinks. We had finished our breakfast well before our coffee and tea were served.

*edit - So I came back yesterday. My partner and I ordered coffee and tea and a ham and cheese croissant. Although the drinks came out reasonably quickly the croissants seemed like they'd been warmed in a microwave and were soggy and the cheese wasn't melted and, was in fact, still cold.

I witnessed one of the staff knock over a stack of take-away coffee cup lids onto the floor, then pick them up and put them back with the unused ones. The lids that fell on the floor should have been disposed of as they're no longer sanitary and safe for use. This is enough for me to not come back. Your food safety & handling procedures need to be addressed.

A few delicious vegan options, including salad, a veggie and tempeh toastie and wrap. The staff are incredibly friendly and the coffee is great. Lots of vegan snack options and some great organic groceries.

Wow! What a great find! The best organic smoothies, produce and products! Got a haul to stash in our bar fridge for Easter vacay! Hope the bar fridge is big enough! Everyone must visit here for a toasted wrap, banana bread and smoothie! It’s a must for your visit to Melbourne! Can overstate how much we loved discovering this spot!

I came in to buy a coffee.
Two staff had their backs to the counter and one lady was waiting to order.
I asked if she had ordered and she said “No, they have been cutting fruit. It must be for some training”
Perfectly understandable reason, however, since entering neither two of the staff had even addressed the lady who had been waiting before I walked in.
Seeing how I was on a coffee break and needed to get back to my life and I’m sure the lady ahead was in the same position, I approached the counter and asked “Could I order? ”
One of the staff members quickly came to the counter saying their apologies which I appreciated but the other staff member by the juice machine IN THE HAT…, by golly if looks could kill.

To that staff member, what was going through your mind when you twisted your neck around and looked at me like I took a steaming dump in the middle of the shop? Have you ever seen yourself with the expression you gifted me? It was a look of such pretentious disgust that I felt actual tears in my eyes. I left quickly and I apologise to the other staff member who wanted to assist me, I felt truly uncomfortable.

To the owners of this business, I know my casual visits wouldn’t pay the electric bill but I did support in ways that I could. Your staff member today made it clear that my business does/did not matter. Period.

Love the coffee here, it's amazing! Just a word of wisdom though! Not opening untill 9am on the weekend is poor I believe. There are a lot of us out and about early looking for a good coffee and you are missing out on good business, 7-8 am would be better. Also the young girl working there this morning was trying to open on her own and under the pump. She did a great job keeping us all happy and should be commended. I'm surprised the owner isn't more involved first thing in the morning to help out!

Gorgeous little health food grocery. Has a lot of hard to find goodies from overseas. Was giving me NYC flashbacks with all their American organic spices and snacks! Also sell freshly made food, hot drinks (with a good variety of mylks), and cold drinks

Deceptive display cabinet and guilt-tripping staff!
Ordered a sandwich from the display. Staff took one out of the fridge which was half the size for the same price. I don't mind paying, but don't like being decieved.
Staff said they would need to throw out the one they had started toasting if they changed it so gave me a guilt trip as well.
I know everyone is struggling during lockdown, but no need to stoop to deception with a dash of guilt, guys. I just wanted some lunch, and I'm still hungry!

Very cute little health food store. The breakfast was fantastic and very clean. Good value for money. Well recommended and 5 mins from the mantra hotel.

Excellent coffee and a neat little grocery store to boot stocking organic goods. It's hidden away in a nook but was worth seeking out for our breakfast of a couple of toasties and that wonderful wonderful coffee. I dropped in twice more for a coffee with a colleague and was treated to a consistently good brew. Will definitely go back for more!
