Great experience buying my used Navara from Brighton Nissan. Salesman Vinni was friendly and straightforward. Business managers helped to secure finance efficiently. However, upon arriving home and looking inside engine bay, noticed that a cap from air conditioning was unscrewed and left on top of the battery. Was lucky it did not fall off on the way home. Other than that minor detail, very satisfied.

12 Months ago I purchased a Nissan patrol!
To say how very disappointed with this whole transaction at Brighton Motor Group would be an understatement, from customer sales all the way through to aftercar, service and warranty.
The reason I purchased a motor vehicle from a dealership is that it came with a warranty, NOT A FREE ONE in which the service manager mentioned a warranty that no doubt was included in the sale price, I know how HARRIER works it is a dealership warranty supplied by them but financed by every cars sale from that dealership. I’m only over by a month on the service. But well within the KM’s range,
As I am from Ballarat and Due to COVID -19 Restrictions I have not been able to get the car to them for it’s 6 monthly service!
The car has now failed and I am sitting over the holiday period with a car that needs a entire new motor!
The dealership are now saying that because I am over by only a month and under the KMs that they will not come to the party on any cover!
I would definitely not advise anyone to purchase of these guys due my experience!

Jimmy Noulas was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process of my new car purchase. He always kept me informed and his handover upon collection of my vehicle was impeccable and extremely informative. Overall a great experience with Brighton Nissan.

He consistently responded promptly to all of my follow up queries - great communication and customer service skills. I am very happy with the vehicle and the service provided by Nissan Brighton.

Bought Nissan Qashqai from Brighton motors few weeks ago. The staffs were really pleasant and helpful. Chris Wood, the salesperson helped me to find out what actually i wanted.
The whole process was quite easy and hassle free. I did few followup calls and emails, the whole crew were happy to answer my query. I am looking forward seeing them again for the customisation of my new car.
Highly recommended.

Jimmy at Brighton Nissan was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and understood where I was at regarding the purchase.he was able to tell me all about the Xtrail and on purchase even helped me set up the camera and apple car play which is much appreciated. He introduced me to the manager which was lovely and Mary who took me through the extras was great. She informed me about the products and gave me time to make my decision without any pressure at all. She emailed me the information and was very prompt on getting back to me when I had questions.the whole experience was Smooth, friendly and no pressure and I have no doubt that when it comes time to change cars in the future that Brighton Nissan will be my first stop.

The manager at Brighton Nissan has gone above and beyond to help me after a few issues with another dealership I got my car from.
Most of the staff here are very friendly and seem to smile and say hello when you're there and the customer service is excellent.

Whenever I have an issue with my car I contact them and they try to get it rectified immediately, sometimes the issue is still there but they are happy to take it back and try again.
