I just bought a new car from Brighton Nissan. The service from beginning to end was fantastic. Josh made the initial transaction via phone/internet a very simple process. I wanted to trade in my old car, and he organised for someone to come to my home.
On the day of pick-up, Luky gave my husband and I a warm welcome. He presented my car with a big, red bow and gave me a welcome pack with two bottles of wine. Lukey was genuinely keen to show me all the gadgets in the car and answered all my questions. He even followed up that evening with an email to congratulate me once again and to reach out if I had any questions.
This was by far the best ‘first car’ experience I’ve had.

Just bought a new X-trail from Luky and Hemant at Brighton Nissan. They were great to deal with from start to finish. The car took 6 months to arrive but they kept me fully updated throughout this time. They also never pressured us to take on any extra's with the car which was a nice change. What can i say that hasn't already been said! Jimmy and the crew at Brighton Nissan go over and above with every aspect of the new vehicle acquisition experience. As an interstate buyer i was skeptical at first but my mind was swiftly put to ease when i initiated a purchase of our new company Nissan Navara ute. I quite honestly cannot fault this whole process and could not find a single negative here. Nothing less than 5 stars for this 5 star experience. I doubt Ferrari would do a better job! Love the new Navara and feel content that i dealt with the right people!
Excellent, friendly customer service. I spoke with Erzan regarding my interest in the new X Trail. Erzan exhibited phenomenal Nissan knowledge and car experience all round. Erzan was also so transparent with me, he was upfront and informed me that he only recently began at Nissan (previously worked at other dealerships), and if there was anything he couldn't answer he had a very supportive sales manager to assist us.
I usually find that if the company culture is positive and supportive, this funnels down to the employee's enthusiasm, competency and attitude - this experience was certainly reflective of that. Thank you Erzan.
I called up their "part department" to check if a part they had advertised, fitted my vehicle. I had the Part number and I had my VIN number to check if it matched.
Apparently because the part was advertised on Ebay I would have to wait a total of 5 days for their "Ebay guy" to tell me if the part number matched my VIN. When I asked for clarification as to why he couldn't check the part number against my VIN, he became extremely rude and condescending.
For the record, although it was advertised on Ebay, I was asking about a NISSAN part number to be checked against a NISSAN VIN number, which actually requires no input from ebay.
