I had been looking for a second hand car for over two months and after going to many different dealers and meeting dozens of salespeople, Jake was by far the standout salesperson. He is genuinely passionate about finding the right car for you. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel informed and educated and help us make the right decision for us. We visited a number of times before buying our new Mazda. It was always busy and sometimes we had to wait around a bit before being attended to, but all the staff we dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Picking up our new car was a pleasure and Abe provided a detailed orientation to it, setting up many features for us, and making sure we were good to go.

Over-priced repair and poor customer service. Had been a loyal customer for 12 years but will change that. During recent 150k km servicing Mazda Brighton suggested replacing engine mounting that was causing an engine oil leak. Did that (it’s another story on the cost of this work) and the next day I saw oil stain on the floor where the car was parked. Returned the car to them and they eventually told me it was now the transfer case reseal that was leaking and would cost me well over 1xxx$ get it fixed! I decided against repairing then as I just paid over $1k to them for 150k km servicing and engine mounting (which may not be the issue) and time for me to reassess the situation. While collecting the car I asked the sales agent why the leak at the transfer case reseal was not picked up during 150k servicing and later during engine mounting replacement he said - well if you don’t ask they don’t check! And we agreed the engine mount and transfer case reseal were next to each other! Well I just got the transfer case reseal replaced at significantly lower cost outside. Feedback back to Brighton Mazda received no reply.

My wife and I personally thank sales person Abe. Abe went out of his way to make the whole sales process so enjoyable, such a change from other car dealers. Abe was so helpful and upfront, and understood our simple requests, to the point Abe met us at the dealer outside business hours to allow us to collect the new car so we could drive the long way home. We also want to thank The big boss Peter, he also understood our outside the box requests. We both highly recommend, come down visit Brighton Mazda and chat to Abe.

The team at Brighton Mazda was so helpful, especially Nicholas. We went there after a bad accident in which we lost our only car, so we had to buy one ASAP. Nicholas took his time to choose the right car for us, with the right price. When we came to pick up the car (almost new demo), he took the time to show us how to use all the functions, including how to use navigation, Apple car play etc. He responded to all my enquires so quickly via text message, even after pickup. Thank you so much Nicholas!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Assaad Khalil at Brighton Mazda when purchasing a new vehicle recently. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with, and went out of his way to ensure the transaction was as smooth as possible. If you value an honest opinion on your car, by people who are not time wasters or money grabbing, I WOULD NOT bring your car here.

Support small and honest businesses elsewhere and do not allow yourself to be taken advantage of. Over priced, poor quality work.

I would definitely recommend Simon when buying a car from Brighton Mazda. From the moment I enquired about the car and all the steps along the way; inspecting and test drives, the follow up text messages and the time he took with my daughter to go over every feature in the car, we had nothing but pleasant, professional service, with a few laughs along the way. I just bought my first car from Mazda Brighton. From the moment we came to look at it for the first time to driving away with it 3 days later, we were treated and looked after incredibly by Sales consultant Simon. He ensured to go over every inch of the car to ensure it was meeting the highest standards and explaining every feature to me thoroughly. He made buying my first car such an enjoyable experience! Terrible experience with service.
Had car for two weeks for warranty and never rang me once. Had to follow up every few days.
Turbo still had issues and told me I had to wait for it to be fixed as there fully booked.
Just not helpful.

Came to Brighton Mazda today, had dealings with Simon, very unprofessional. Would not recommend him.

Will definitely be recommending Mitch at Brighton Mazda to any of my family and friends wishing to purchase a new car. Very happy with my experience and my new car.

I just want to acknowledge how magnificent the service at Brighton Mazda was.
Sen was so transparent and really looked after us through the whole process. He really defines great customer service by going above and beyond to help us out.
Also a shout out to Dave who is also a legend!
I would highly recommend Brighton Mazda.
Only downside that I could say is that Sen follows Carlton haha.
