Transitioning from loyal owners of European car brands to becoming MAZDA owners was a decision filled with some apprehension initially. The idea of considering a CX-5 Demo Model caught our attention, yet it was ABE who completely altered our perspective and exceeded all expectations.

This place is beyond a joke and service is non existent.
Before dropping my car off for a service, I counted AND took a photo of the amount of coins I had in my car. There had been a couple of times before my most recent service where I thought money had gone missing but I didn’t want to accuse them especially if I had just miscounted. So this time I thought better take a photo in case. Got my car back, and yep, money missing.
When I complained, I was told by a service advisor that it was likely the vacuum. This would of been believable except for the fact that there was a thin brown hair tie on top of my coins, and if it was indeed the vacuum, then the hair tie would have been sucked up too, not the coins on the bottom.

To top it all off, I had the tyre pressure light come on after the service, and after checking my tyre pressures they were fine. So I called Brighton Mazda to see if they could help me figure out why the light was coming on. Spoke to a lady who transferred me to the service department. No answer. Called back and the same lady told me to leave my details and they would call me back asap. It’s now been 3 days and still no call back.
Luckily I called a local mechanic who helped me out straight away.
This place just gets worse and worse.

Nicholas is friendly, helpful and super easy to deal with. As a first time car buyer I was a bit nervous but Nicholas was very approachable and patient with all my queries. I hope all females / international background buyers approach Nicholas for your next purchase! Thank you Brighton Mazda for this wonderful first car purchase experience.
