Saw Dr Maria Sullivan for women’s health screen. She was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel immediately comfortable and was very thorough and informative. Prices may be higher than general GP clinics but definitely worth it!

This clinic is fantastic. I don't know what people are complaining about. The reception staff always look extremely busy handling people between calls booking appointments. They seem like an efficient power team of women to me.
Doctors are highly professional and knowledgeable.
While it does upset me to think not all people can afford such fantastic care, I do appreciate it.

I havent been here personally but my daughter has seen Dr Irlicht.
I was about to make an appointment but after reading all the negative comments about the reception staff and the 'cut and paste' unprofessional response from the owner, i wont bother.it looks like the owner is not taking this seriously. It is a medical clinic with patients paying huge fees, show some old fashioned politeness and treat these patients with respect.
Very put off, and to the owner, get your act together, you have good doctors there but unfortunately your front desk is letting you down, grow some and take ownership.

Absolutely the best practice I've experienced. 3 of my other friends go here too now and we each agree, the doctors and health care staff are fantastic.

Dr. Rao is one of the best doctors I've seen. She is really caring with patients and makes sure to give them the best care and to explore different options, rather than a specific route. Unfortunately reception however, mainly the females, are incredibly rude whenever they take phone calls, for no given reason, and are easily flustered no matter what you call them about, even to set up an appointment.

Called up the clinic hoping to arrange a general checkup. The receiptionist was pretty rude and adviced that they don’t take any new patient anymore. How disappointing!

The staff at Brighton Family Women's clinic are helpful and lovely. Dr Jane Isaac is a great doctor and she is extremely thorough in her assessment and follow up. You never feel as though she is rushing you.

Rude service. Got both of my kids flu shot and the nurse was extremely rude. Asked a question and in return got a nasty remark. It’s a free vaccine but for some reason they charge a “nurses fee. ” Would happily pay this fee if they weren’t so rude. Will not be returning to this clinic.

I have been seeing the doctors at Brighton family and women’s clinic for some time now. The doctors I have seen are wonderful. The reception staff on the other hand are rude, dismissive and incompetant. Especially Kathleen. She has no bedside manner and unfortunately will be putting a lot of patients off coming to see these wonderful doctors

I cannot speak highly enough of the doctors there.i used many of them and even if they were not my personal doctors, they were really great.

Brighton Family & Women's clinic have some amazing doctors- have been going to the clinic for nearly a decade. It's just a real shame that the reception staff aren't up to the same standards. For most of my appointments for the past couple of years, the reception staff have been unempathetic and rude with no professionalism; they usually chatter and laugh amongst themselves when you're standing there waiting to be greeted. Patients are made to feel like a real inconvenience when calling over the phone or standing face to face. People come to the clinic for a whole variety of their own personal issues and it's sad that my own friends and family are now reconsidering coming to this practice as we're constantly made to feel like a nuisance for even just paying at the end of our appointments.

Fabulous Doctors and staff. The Doctors listen to you I could not recommend them more highly. Dr Maria saved me.

I cannot recommend BFWC enough! I have been a patient of this clinic for 10 years now and ever doctor I have ever seen has been excellent. The nurses and receptionists go out of their way to help and are very accommodating. Getting results back are easy with their results line, and the nurses can help ease any concerns.
