I met and worked with Jackson to have 5 suits made for my wedding in April 2018. Initially there was unavoidable issues when they moved all fittings to the Nunawading store but Jackson was very flexible and accommodating to my grooms party who lived away from Melbourne and even provided an outreach appointment.

Jackson was efficient in having all alterations done quickly and happy to have as many done as needed as my size fluctuated. The suits came out great and happy with the final result.

Cost wise I was happy, in part having 5 suits make materials cheaper than one solo suit (I assume). Briggins/Jackson offered to have my suit altered again in the future if I needed and they were careful in the alteration process to allow extra material in the pants and jackets, so if needed they could be let out when I get bigger or fatter without affecting the look.

If you want an expensive suit made up, with poor finish Matthew can help you out that’s for sure.

The customer service at Briggins was spot on! I needed a suit made at short notice (1 week) Matt and his team went out of their way to get it made for me on time without a hitch. The communication was open and clear throughout the whole process making it stress and hassle free, the venue is great. Briggins will be my first point of call for any suit needs in future.

What a disgraceful experience we had at Briggins.
Stay away from this mob unless you want to be disappointed and stressed.
Matt the owner is beyond professional and has no common courtesy to ones needs, specially after he gets paid.
