We used Briggins for my wedding suit as well as the five groomsmen. We had a lot of issues with our suits, as after months of lockdown and a full year of delay not everyone was the same body shape as they had been when the suits were first made. They are high-quality, well-fitting suits that I would comfortably wear to a job interview, ball, or another wedding. The boys were all equally happy.

Sonia, Da-Wen, and the team were very flexible and supportive. Even when COVID-19 led to a supply issue with my suit, the Briggins team went above and beyond to get me a new suit with only three weeks before the wedding.

As a sidenote, I am very surprised and disappointed to see the poor reviews of the past - I would recommend Briggins, as the new team are working very hard for their customers.

Splashed some cash to reward myself for a promotion with a tailored suit and often refer back to my older suit because it fits a lot better and is complete.
Every time I wear the suit and sit down it feels like it is about to rip - due to Matt not listening to my request about having it looser around the top of my legs, and the suit pants are too short. Jacket is also not complete and vest fits poorly.

Was in the middle of change of management and think I was just an unlucky bystander with a $1800 poorly made suit.

Wished I read the reviews as this seems to be a familiar occurrence. Will not be purchasing another suit from Briggings.

I experienced Briggins for my friends wedding. The advice we got on the suits was second to none. Matt and his colleagues’ knowledge and experience allowed us to go through a stressful process extremely stress-free. They have state of the art technology: taking a body scan to ultimately design you a perfect fitting suit.

The service and hospitality was amazing. You get to relax and chat to your mates over a beer or coffee whilst they sort everything out. The business is so well-run and organised that the staff are calm and enjoyable to work with.

Matt is a great people person and takes the time to get to know his clients. I would recommend Briggins to anyone getting married or getting a suit!

Thanks to Briggins to delivering one smick looking suit! The fit was great, nice quality and modern style. The Briggins fitting rooms have a great vibe, and while the staff weren’t on top of their game during the whole process (lots of mis-communication about details), they were nice to work with and always happy to correct anything missing. I think they could improve the expectations between the initial 3D scan and the first fitting. Thanks Briggins!

We dealt with Matt from start to finish, he was very helpful at every point of contact. My fiancé and I are very picky and he went out of his way to outsource the material we were after for my suit.

We ran into some small issues with the suit but Matt promptly rectified them.
I’d recommend getting a mid-range suit as the quality is considerably better.

Overall, Matt and his team worked hard to provide us with our desired product and we are very thankful to him for making it such an enjoyable experience.

P. S. We also highly recommend David the barber as he will not only provide you with a fantastic haircut but also thoroughly stimulating and amusing conversation!

I have had a few suits tailored over the years and by far found Briggins to be the worst.

Low quality suits with inexperienced tailors and high end price tags. Better off going else where. Fake sales experience and cash upfront.

Try "Suit Shop by P Johnson" in the CBD if you are after a quality suit.

We were referred to Briggins through a friend who had a fantastic experience, Matty and his staff at Briggins have taken care of us from start to finish.
