Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto - Oakleigh

Just had some tyres replaced. Great service. Even though I didn’t book or call in advance they still fit me in and did a great job to get me back on the road quick smart. Really appreciated their flexibility and help

Serious problems with the professionalism and communication of this Bridgestone branch.

1. On the day we dropped the car for repair, they were not open until almost 9am despite advertising an opening time of 8am

2. We received a voicemail on that day that the repair is complete and to pick up the car, when we drove back there, they informed us that actually only the problem has been detected but the repair has not started. What a waste of the customer’s time.

3. They called to inform us that the repair has cost >$1000 when we were quoted ~$600. The repair has already been performed without consenting or informing us prior of the additional costs.

4. They called and told us aggressively we had to pick up the car ASAP, which we were unable to do at short notice as we both work full time. We didn’t hear from them again until we picked up the car on the weekend and had been charged an addition fee for car storage.

Whilst these additional fees may have been warranted, it is extremely unprofessional the way they come about, without any financial consent or forewarning for the customer.

Ultimately we were charged double the originally quoted ~$600, which isn’t a small amount that people should be expected to pay without any warning.

I popped in 10min before closing with a problem and Bertrand and Naleen were super helpful, lovely and caring. They willingly helped me out, took extra time and did their best to figure out what was wrong. I really appreciate the help guys, you were awesome!

Took my car in for a puncture repair and although they were super busy they were able to squeeze me in and fix it on the spot.

Good experience. Not my usual place but they were happy to fit me in and take care of me for a puncture asap. They were also able to get me a the tyre I needed. Mark was great.

They fixed my run flat tyre without any complaints or the regular " we are too busy" BS.
In and out in no time and the person who assisted me was very helpful.

Got new set of tyres. My appointment was at 8 am but shop opened at 8: 30 am was bit upset due to shop closure and no one was answering my call and got no update regarding late opening. At reception guy asked my nationality not expected this. Bridgestone tyres are good and same everywhere it's the people who makes service experience good or not.

My mother in her 60s, 90mins from home drop in today due to a flat tyre light notification in her car.

I am absolutely appalled to hear you were "too busy" to give her any assistance. She then asked for a PSI check and was told "no, we are too busy".

One would think you would exercise some social responsibility in this particular situation. Disappointed.

Happy to use again. Had a punture and they could fit me in quickly. Hardly any waiting (because I needed a new tyre rather than a fix) so in and out in a most reasonable time. And nice blokes as well.

Both times I’ve been to Bridgestone Oakleigh I’ve had good information given to me, super reasonable pricing and more importantly really quick turn around times. I can’t recommend the team here highly enough. I’ll definitely keep going back.

The first issue was to replace the front Rotors and break pads.

Second issue was a puncture.

Have used these guys a number of times, always great service and price. Can highly recommend them for all your tyre and auto needs.

Have had the car serviced and new Tyres from Mark and the team at Bridgestone Oakleigh.
It is simply customer service that comes from great advice and top quality work.

I had a screw in one of my tyres so I took it in to Bridgestone.nah they were awesome they even did it for $45/ $75 but that's cheap to fix a Michelin

Have been coming back to these guys for many years now even though the place have changed hands a couple of times but always a happy customer.

Very polite staff, tyres and alignment were done quickly and very competitive. Very impressed. Maca the store manager was helpful and explained everything to me. Thanks Boys will be back for sure.

Very impressed with the service. Asked to have my appointment moved for a tyre fitting at very short notice and they were able to fit me in 3 hours earlier. Also very helpful and timely for the fitting itself

I've changed 4 tyres and the staff provided a great customer service in a very efficient manner, also the prices were very competitive.

Spoke to Mark for wheel alignment. All fixed and finished on time. He explained the different angles and how bad it was because I could feel something was really off.

Took my partners car in for two new tyres and possibly an alignment. I could see the tyres were wearing unevenly. We discussed different options. They also had a promotion if I bought 4 tyres.

Super helpful. Recently have only dealt with Mark and he is an absolute legend.

Have been to this store over the past 4 years, many times. For my sisters car, mum’s car and my own car. Now my partners car as well. Never have I been disappointed. I do believe the store has changed hands but still seems great to me personally.

The free tyre rotation really helps get the most kms out of the tyres (tyres must be bought from the store). Great idea.

Discovered a screw in my tyre so I called up Bridgestone Oakleigh. I could bring in my car straight away and they had the minor puncture repaired in 40 minutes. Very happy!
