Got new tyres, easy process, friendly and helpful staff, explained the difference between the types and gave a good price.

The Bridgestone at Fountain Gate did a great job (much faster than expected as well) excellent service, will definitely be going back, recommend it to everyone.

Had a great experience yesterday (1/10/19). I had 2 flat tyres and needed to be on the road asap due to being a tradie. Stuart was great. Helped me with new tyes and had the car back the same day. No fuss great service.

Fast & efficient! They prioritize & don't waste anyone's time, unlike Your Car at Endeavour Hills. The staff here are very genuine and knowledgable

I recently had a set of RE003 Potenza tyres fitted to my GTI at Bridgestone Fountain Gate. I was really happy with the service, advice and knowledge displayed by the team there. Very happy with the tyres so far.

Worse place, even don’t go for free wheel insepection, I just done my wheel inspection, drive 500m was making noise when pulled on side checked 2 nuts were missing, call them back, he said bring it back, I tried to drive but wheel making so much noise and even jammed, have to towed back, then he blame it happened because of pre existing condition, it damage to disc rotor and need to change new studs, couldn’t except his mistake and even told me it’s safe to drive with 4 stud at LHS rear and front, but end up paying money even for their mistake,

Poor service. Dropped off a tyre for repair and was told it would take about an hour. Two hours later they rang me to tell me they couldn't repair it but had to replace it, which was fine. They said to give them half and hour. I turned up at the store an hour later (based on them taking twice as long to even get back to me in the first instance) only to find that they hadn't even started on my tyre! Then they said it will only take 5 minutes. Twenty minutes later I left with my new tyre. If you set times, make sure they are somewhat realistic.

Brilliant customer service. Rang with an urgent puncture repair, was done in a little over an hour from the time i phoned. Well done to Rhys and the team. Plus they did my 24 mth tyre check. Thanks Bridgestone and Rhys in particular, good customer service is rare these days.

The staff seemed sincere although I did give my car for tyre change yet.
The deal they offered was reasonable.
I feel they are real sincere n not ripping people off.
Hopefully they deliver what they promise when I change my tyres with them tomorrow.

I took my Mazda 3 there for a major service 120,000klm, I am very happy with the work, can not fault the guys there, very friendly and helpful, will be going back, and my daughter is taking her car there also for her service when it’s due. Give them a go you won’t be disappointed

Had my Camry 2015 in for Wheel Allignment and Kluger 2010 for new tyres. I had to go in 3 times for each car as my steering wheel was tilted to the left. Every time i went i was there for an hour. Third time i went for Camry they said, the 2 tyres are worn out from edges (which wasn't as the car was checked by toyota 2 days ago) thats why they cant get the steering straight. Just wasted $55 on wheel Alignment and thr problem remains and worse now.

They had to fix the kluget as the tyres were put on themselves and they had no excuse.

They make you sound like an idot when you tell them about the issue.

DON'T GO TO THEM IF YOU ARE NOT GONNA GET TYRES FROM THEM.
