Very happy with the service provided by the people from bridgeston fountain gate. Super efficient service, friendly and provide very good advice on tyres to suit your needs and budget.

Went to Bridgestone Hampton Park. Employee seemed knowledgeable but didn't have the tires I wanted in stock. The employee checked and found them at Fountain Gate. Went to Fountain Gate. Four tyres changed in about an hour and a half. Got the buy three get one free deal, which included a free wheel rotation.

Reece was an absolute legend, he was incredibly friendly and gave me heaps of options that suited what I needed for my car, quick and easy at a good price too. Cheers Reece

Not recommended for anyone to get thier cars fixed with them took mine for a service about 7 month ago ever since got problems after problems and they wont take responsibility for it so had to pay couple of thousand for this other mechanic again to fix their mistake what they do is getting this first year apprentice to work on your car and reck it for you not happy at all

Wanted to take advantage of the buy 3 get the 4th one free for a set of RE003s and wasn't disappointed!
Arrived without a booking nice and early on a Saturday morning and they got working on my car straight away no questions asked!

Was waiting to be given the old "oh sorry but you'll have to come back another day" but nope, straight into the shop it goes!

Also great to receive a link once the car was up on the hoist for a video inspection, never had that before and I've owned almost 40 cars!

Definitely coming back!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Bridgestone I found were good with their customers especially when at short notice could still replace new tyres and wheel balance and inform the customer that after a certain time to have a wheel alignment every 10,000 kilometres or 12 months. Bridgestone will notify you when the job is complete.

Very impressed with Bridgestone's professionalism. I took my car elsewhere for a potential oil leak on the timing cover. Was quoted about $700. Got a 2nd opinion at Bridgestone's. Bridgestone filmed the alleged problems and explained their assessment and forwarded it to me. They then cleaned the covers, no charge, and they told me to use the car for a few weeks, they would reassess the leaks afterwards. On 2nd inspection no repairs were required and I haven't spent a cent with them. For that amazing service, I will trust and use Bridgestone from now on. I strongly suggest you use them. They are very nice people. I never have problems. Specially Reece. I am not sure the name l spell it correctly. Also I find all the staff very nice and helpful.

Great Service. They replaced my punctured tyre which was not repairable. It had Bridgestone warranty. Got $159 tyre for $25 (cost of wear and tear).

Went to Bridgestone Fountain Gate for puncher was told by Bridgestone Fountain Gate that they could not repair the puncture as the tires were too badly worn and that I need a new set of tires thought I would get a second opinion went to Beaconsfield Bridgestone. And was told no problem they could repair the puncher and there was plenty of life still left in my tires and that I don't need a new set of tires yet.thank god there is some people that are still good and honest would definitely go back to Bridgestone Beaconsfield when I do need a set of tires and would recommend them

Excellent Customer Service and very efficent - Was more than happy to help me adjust my booking to help fit my schedule.
Also was able to accommodate my extra needs when i was instore.
Have been here a few times and each time the service has been on point.
Puncture repairs are also included and are not an issue for them to assist with either. Everytime I have dropped in to organise something, its never been too hard for them!
