I have been dealing with Shilpa at Bridged Group and she is outstanding, A1+ service, very helpful, totally committed to solving any issues, easy to understand and basically always get the right solution to all issues/enquiries. She deserve a metal for all the hard work she puts in to give us the best experience with Telstra, would be lost without her.

Thank you to Shilpa Kiran for helping me sort out my new contract and Samsung phone. Your service was five star! Friendly, efficient and very helpful. I visited Vishal at the Mentone Telstra Business Centre, Nepean Highway to sort out my Bluetooth issue with my Sansung 10e phone.
Vishal was very courteous and professional in his approach. He quickly rectified the Bluetooth issue and then when I asked him to replace the skin on my phone he demonstrated similar positive traits. This was a good experience and I hope his 1-up manager passes on my sincere thanks/.

Worst customer service you could even possibly imagine. The minute there is a problem they duck for cover, blame a spam filtering system on 3 occasions for not answering emails (ever heard of a safe sender?), pull the CV-19 card as an excuse for non-action, make excuses that they are unable to contact Telstra.and that's the Manager. Absolutely disgraceful. I have been a customer for 7-8 years.not now.
When they were a Telstra Business Centre they were caring, helpful and supportive. Now under a new name they are the total opposite.
Suggest that if you are considering partnering with this organisation.think again.

Had an excellent time dealing with Corey, very professional and awesome customer experience, couldn’t be happier.

TBC's Office Manager Alyssa looks after me fantastically and the other staff members are similarly motivated.

Hello Bridged Group (BG) and today I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Jyoti and Wow, did she perform - I'd been having a nightmare with my uncontrollable Pixel!
Am sure Jyoti must have been a Lion Tamer in a previous life, the way she beat that incalcitrant phone into submission was a trooly joyful experience - had it cowering in the corner, on its back with all four paws facing skywards!
Truly captivated I immediately asked for her hand in marriage, promising a sizeable dowry. Although she could see I was a 'man of means' she declined sans hesitation, citing the fact that she presently had two husbands and couldn't accommodate another. Two I inquired? To which she replied, the one before the altar and the other I delightedly slave for during the working week! What can a man do?
Hey BG, you've got a good one. Please look after her as I'm certain it'll be reciprocated!

Bridged Group, formally known as the Telstra Business Bayside is a fantastic business to deal with. I couldn't recommend them enough. All their staff are very friendly especially our account manager Corey who always goes above and beyond to assist with our needs. They look after Telstra services and also assist with all our IT inquiries. Great local support!

Fantastic service from Hetal and the team at Bridged. Swap over of service was handled exceptionally well.
Far far better service than we received at The Telstra store at southland who were rude and wanted us to wait 3 hours.

Jyoti Rathod at Bridged (Telstra Business Centre Bayside - VIC) has been extremely helpful to our business, pro-actively suggesting better value solutions, product updates and helping with product activations. She is polite, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and a real asset for Bridged. When a customer like our business finds a good relationship manager like Jyoti, we are happy to continue long term and trust her suggestions for product changes for our business. We have had a few relationship managers before, but Jyoti is the best and I think she will go a long way in Bridged.i would happily recommend Jyoti to any other customers and definitley am happy with our current customer relationship management relationship with Jyoti.

Telstra store in Mentone is very helpful. I have been dealing with them from long time. Great customer service. Rohit is always helpful.

I deal with Farees from this Telstra Business Centre on a regular basis and he has been such an asset to our business. He is easily contacted and solves problems quickly without any fuss. He has so much knowledge about his role and is so helpful. Personally, I don't know what we would do without him.
In the past without Farees, dealing with Telstra was a nightmare, now we are so lucky to have him as our go to person for help and advice.
Keep up the good work Farees, you take your role very serious and I'm sure Telstra couldn't do without you.
