Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Set up accounts incorrectly. Do not return emails or phone calls for over a month. Therefore I am unable to fix anything. Do not recommend this service to anyone. Just terrible

Worst. Service. Ever. Job-smacked by today's experience. Had ordered 2 new mobile phones to replace old ones that don't work well any more. Pleasant call with Farees, who ordered the phones and rang last Friday to say that they'd arrived. Said we would pick them up on Monday (as this store no longer opens on Saturdays). When we arrived on Monday, store sign said "Closed". Nobody visible inside. Not happy. Went to pick up our phones this morning. Female staff member with no visible warmth or customer service charm. Handed over a bag with both phones inside. When we said that our past experiences there included the staff member transferring our data across, the woman said that it would cost $200 now. Unbelievable. I seem to recall Farees mentioning that this would happen when we spoke over the phone. There was no talk of a fee - there never has been one in any of our years of going to this business centre.

I cannot even explain how HELPFUL Shilpa and the team at Bridged Group have been the past few months. I had a lot of issues with my phone lines / NBN and was not getting anywhere with a solution until Shilpa stepped in. She was so efficient, caring, helpful and always followed up to let me know what was going on. She took the stress out of everything! I highly recommend her and her team at bridged!

I would just like to forward on a big thanks to Vishal at bridged group in Mentone
Was having trouble with my phone so I called in to replace it and instead was helped through some simple fixes and walked out with my phone working again and no money out of my pocket thanks again Vishal really appreciate your help on the day

Vishal from Bridget group in Mentone service was great. Cost me one phone call and Vishal organised new iphone and help me with other things as well. Mr Trampoline has had a long association with Vishal Saraiya at Bridged Group (formerly Telstra Business Centre Bayside). Over the years, in all of our dealings with Vishal he has, without exception, been professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has always solved our issues in a timely and caring manner.
All of the staff at Bridged Group should be commended - Snehal Nevrekar,
Hayden, Jaz, Anthony and Paul to name a few.

I cannot believe I’ve finally found someone who will take the time to listen and more importantly try to work with me to resolve a query or problem. If he tells you he will ring back with info he actually will and if he can sort it his end he does and then just contacts you to say it’s all done, that saves so much time and stress particularly if your unfamiliar with certain products on offer. So happy to have found someone who actually helps without it being a problem and someone I can trust.

Been dealing with Corey for a while now and could not be happier with the service he has provided. Always fast service and gets back to me promptly. Product knowledge is first class. Could not recommend Corey and the team highly enough. Superb.

Bridged Group are so helpful (and so much easier than talking to Telstra!). I am moving my business overseas and Vishal was super helpful in explaining the call forwarding options so that my Australian clients don't get charged. I have been with Bridged Group for over 5 years now and have always had excellent service.

The worst customer service. Chap at the front counter using the co-vid card excuse cannot explain a $10 mystery charge on my business account. Dismissive told me to go online. I go online and it's a myriad of links until finally you are texting to a bot I have tried it on several occassions leaving all contact details today. No response back. Be wary and screenshot/save all correspondence
