Bridge Fish & Chips

Brought fish and chips last night after a day at the beach. Very rude guy taking orders, we could count the chips in the box.even the potatoe cakes were shocking.used to be great and didn’t mind paying a little extra but after what we got last night, never going back.just because your busy doesn’t mean you can’t provide good food!

Finally ordered dinner from this fish & chip shop after weeks of having it on the list of places to try. It was so good that my partner and I went back for lunch the next day

Very happy to finally be able to restore my review from 1 star back to 5. The new owners have worked wonders since taking over.got a great new layout, and the food is awesome once again! I'll always miss the original Greek family that made Bridge F&C what it was, but the most recent owners have picked up the gauntlet and carried on the tradition, while adding their own unique spin to it.

If, like me, you were put off by the bad spell that Bridge went through for a few years then you should definitely give it another go, it's changed heaps!

Chips and fried food not vegetarian suitable, cooked in Lard. Customers should be told before ordering and prevent vomiting and feeling sick afterwards

Crackin job team. Hit the spot at the halfway mark of weekend ride. Chips were crunchy and burger was fresh. Only thing was the bun wasn't the best but really good overall!

Last night I ate a succulent, delicious piece of fish and a potato cake from Bridge Fish and Chips. So fresh that it reminded me of the freshly caught fish my Dad used to cook for me. I will definitely be returning there for more!

Great fish and chips and close to the Mordialloc wine bar who allow you to eat bring in food and the Fish and Chip shop deliver to the wine bar on a plate.wish they did Uber Eats to

Really great food however they didn’t take eftpos when I went last (note this was a few months ago).

Food used to be much better with previous owners.
Scallops are the size of grapes and hardly any batter. Flake had no taste. Crab sticks are smaller.
Unfortunately I would not be going back.

No eftpos! Got told to go and find ATM, so annoying, only had my phone with me, ATO should have a look!

It been a long time since I been in this Great Fish & Chips Shop And I am not sure if GEORGE still owns it.

But way back when I wouldn't Stop the Truck Until I got to Mordialloc And the best bloody fried fish & steak sandwich or Aussie burger with the lot.

And very soon I will be back in Australia And one of my first visits is going to this shop on Main street Mordialloc

And if you never been to this shop I highly recommend it And if GEORGE is still there a g, day to him

Not having Eftpos for payments is really inconvenient. Food is good but you've spent time lining up to place your order, to then be told it's cash only. In this day. To withdraw from the closest ATM requires a card, can't do it with a phone.back home to get your card, back again to pick up your order which is now luke warm and soggy.

When ever My Husband and I are down in Melbourne we go here on the way home for the bestbest fish and chips Greek salad we have had in years highly recommend

$49 family pack - rather expensive but filled two adults and three primary schoolers; not the best but good quality.and cash only.

There are so many fish n chip shops around, either serving up greasy food or frozen fish so it was awesome to find this place on New Years Eve this year. Beautiful fresh fish and the chippies are yum!

They forgot the burgers from our order, didnt apologise and were suprised when I asked for a refund after having already waited 30 minutes.
To top it off they threw out the part of our order that was ready out of spite.our mates said the fish was overcooked so probaby dodged a bullet in any case. Cheers.

All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and sizes are good - on a good day. The service is also really good and there is nice tables and chairs to sit on out the front, away from the seagulls. The tartar sauce isn’t great however

Great selection. Nice salads. Fast service and can eat them at the wine bar next door and relax with a nice wine, beer or cider.

Absolutely atrocious!
I ordered grilled flake, calamari and chips.
The flake was chewy, the calamari was soggy and cold and the chips were like oven chips. If I wanted oven chips I would of made fish fingers and a couple frozen Mcains mate.
I also ordered a bit of flake for my dog who was starving, he couldn't eat it and turned his nose up at it as well.
Do yourself a favour and cross the road when you see this joint!
This is not a fake review I'm just passionate as I wasted money!
