Had a wonderful experience today, made a last minute appointment yesterday after seeing a dress I loved on the website. Wendy was incredibly accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, bought the 4th dress I tried on. Would recommend Wendy, she was very experienced and kind.

Pleased with my experience here – staff were helpful and very patient in helping find my perfect dress! Just be sure to book ahead.

Terrible after service!

Terrible service AFTER order had been placed and deposit paid. Staff not held accountable for mistakes made. Shocking customer service and people skills.

After 10 years working as an international wedding planner: The worst service I've ever seen in a Bridal Shop. Unprofessional, unfriendly, absolutely no clue about styles and cigarette smelling personal. Never seen such a bad service anywhere else!

Poor customer service from people who really couldnt give you the time of day. I wonder that anyone buys anything from here.

Had been looking for ages and found my perfect dress here. Staff were super helpful and were really nice. I'm predominantly writing this review because the new owners of the store are doing a great job and made the whole dress experience enjoyable, unlike some other places I went to.
Shame they have the live in the shadow of bad reviews from the past owners.

I just wanted to comment on the service aspect at Brides of Melbourne. I made an appointment to get fitted etc.for a wedding dress and was given very good service by on of the sales ladies there, Cate. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the dress I wanted in time as I left it too late (my wedding is in 3 months) but they called me back and did give me contacts for other places that could help me which I thought was good of them.

For my first ever bridal shop experience, I loved it! My sales consultant was truthful, lovely and helpful. I tried on 10 different dresses and managed to find 'the one' as I tried on the last dress I liked. I would recommend this shop to any new bride:)

Just put a deposit on a dress here. The girls were so lovely and accommodating and helped me find my dream dress. Would recommend this shop to anyone.
