From the moment I walked into the Bridal House Geelong I was made to feel like a princess. Anna and her team were so kind and knew what type of dress would suit me. With the guidance of Anna I was able to design the custom gown of my dreams. With a time constraint of less than 3 months till my wedding date, Anna recommended a beautiful designer called Zavana Bridal who was able to make and deliver the wedding dress of my dreams in 6 weeks. My dress was stunning, well priced and everything I had dreamed of. Bridal House Geelong was the first and only bridal dress store I entered and I was beyond happy with the high level of service and communication I received. Anna was so kind and easy to communicate with and kept me informed at every step of the way.

Absolutely amazing service. I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very accommodating and are eager to please the bride to be. They were able to order a bridesmaids dress at short notice. Thank you.

My sister contacted the store regarding a dress she was looking to try on as bridal house was listed as a stockist out of 2 stores in Melbourne.
The store promptly replied to her advising that they did in fact have that dress in store as a bride had cancelled her lay by & stated that was the only 1 available anywhere as that style had been discontinued therefore it could not be ordered.
My sister was excited to try the gown on so she arranged a time to go try on the dress & also some others, the dress ended up being 2 sizes to small & they again advised that it can not be ordered but they would give her a good price on that stock gown & she could lose weight to fit into it as she still had over 12 months till her wedding.
She was only given around 20 minutes when the website specified much longer for an appointment, the lady said she had another appointment coming in however we spent time looking around at bridesmaid dresses & noone else come in.
We left with my sister feeling pretty flat as it wasn't the experience she was expecting when looking for her wedding gown.
We had an appointment with another stockist of that same designer a few weekends later & had mentioned the dress but how we were told it was discontinued only for them to follow it up on the spot and tell us that gown could still be ordered in her size for her wedding.
I am very annoyed that bridal house lied to try to get rid of the gown they had in stock instead of assisting the bride to order in the size she required hoping for a quick sale.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with a different company when purchasing my dress but my saving grace was Geelong bridal house who did an amazing job with the alterations on my dress and it fit me like a glove. I am sooooooo glad I didn’t let the other seamstress touch my dress and honestly it was the most stressful experience of my entire wedding. I cannot recommend Geelong Bridal House highly enough, they literally saved my wedding are absolutely wonderful and fantastic at what they do.

As if its not hard engough for an anxious bride to find her perfect dress without inappropriate comments on their body shape and suggestions of lossing weight before her wedding.if you cared to get to know your clients before judging them you would discover their beauty.will not be back.

The staff here are amazing! After a dress disaster they organised a dress for me and was at the shop within a day! Could not thank them enough for helping me so quickly and with the best customer service I have experienced in years!

I don't recommend this place if you aren't interested in a boofy, strapless dress. The range was limited and they didn't have a lot of dresses above a size 12. The sales assistant was cold at the start but once she realised we didn't have a budget she started to warm.

Absolute legends! Sorted me out with a good quality, well-fitting tux at (extremely) late notice. Polite, professional and very accomodating. Thanks guys!

Come into the store. Get told that we can come through for an appointment and to come back in 45 minutes.

Come back in 45 minutes. Asked to wait for another 20 minutes. Get told that they had somebody who had an earlier wedding date and could no longer cater for us today.

Coming from a different state, I have no other time to come back. I'm disgusted by the way that business is run.

Been to Bridal House yesterday to buy corset for my wedding gown someone recommend me to go there since they are selling corset, ask the lady if they sale corset and say yes and she went upstairs to get the stock and its only one available and she asked me what is my size, I told her I'm 14D and said to me this will fit perfect for you without giving the chance to touch the item or check. She just went straight to the counter and put right away in the bag. Since I'm very desperate to buy corset I trust her word and pay straight, I'm very happy and say thank you very much you solve my problem, when I reach home I try and it's not fit with me the bust is too big LIAR YOU SCAM me with your good sales talk. Anyway its $40/- only but your KARMA will come one day. What comes around goes around.

How about you keep your mouth shut about insulting your clients and my friend about their body shape when they are having a dress fitting! Supposed to be an exciting time trying on wedding dresses. I'm appalled!
