Staff went above and beyond to assist with finding the perfect gown for me, so very friendly and helpful as an older 2nd time bride they made me feel special - the ladies that took care of alterations listened and gave honest feedback and again nothing was too much trouble
They made my day perfect

My daughter found her perfect graduation dress and the service was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience getting my wedding dress at Bridal House Geelong. I was feeling scared that I wouldn’t find the dress I was looking for a wedding at the beach but the staff were amazingly helpful. They rushed to have everything ready for me since my wedding was in less than 2 weeks but they did everything to make me feel good and to not stress. I totally recommend you getting your wedding dress here and BELIEVE ME! You wont regret!

If I could give this store 0 stars I absolutely would. Our bride to be took us all for a road trip down to Geelong to organise bridesmaids dresses for the party. The first store we went to was absolutely incredible, no problems, majorly inclusive and made everyone feel amazing. Can’t say the same for this place. We walked in and immediately mentioned how we were just looking to get an idea of the styles each of us bridesmaids dresses as the wedding wasn’t for another year or two, to which the consultant immediately starts talking about colours etc.completely disregarding what it was we came in for. So already off to not a great start, our diverse bridal party are now trying on dresses, to which we are having to sit and stand around as the consultant makes absolutely horrendous comments about specific members body type. At first we ignore it, but then it continues. It was extremely clear that in this consultants mind, plus size bodies can only wear certain dresses while our thinner members of the party were given one option, looked good, and then were pushed off to the side because they are thinner so they didn’t even bother to try on other styles and completely paid her attention elsewhere.
I myself, am a size 14-16 and I was treated as if I was a lot bigger than what I was, attempting to cover me up despite us showing her photos of the previous dresses we tried on showing how we felt more confident and so on.
To put it in simple turns, the consultant did not listen to a single word we said and was trying her absolute best to cover up our plus size members.
I am completely disgusted in the treatment we experienced, one of our members ended up in tears and we all left the consultation completely deflated and majorly upset.
Inclusive? Absolutely not. These type of things are supposed to make the bride and bridal party feel beautiful, sexy and not one of us felt like that in the end.
Will never be attending here again. I seriously suggest the staff rethinks the way certain members of their team address people with all different shapes and body types. Your job is to find dresses and make everyone feel beautiful, not leave our bridal party in tears.

Absolutely gorgeous Dresses great variety of sizes and styles. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable they are so pleasant and very helpful. I went for a evening gown for my nephews wedding so many choices so very happy to have been able to buy such a beautiful dress

The ladies were amazing and knew exactly what I wanted after just 2 gowns. I did do a lot of research and went prepared which helped them isolate my choices. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of effort that is put onto each gown. Very good selection, very good customer service and high quality dresses including bridesmaid and casual dresses

Amazing customer service. I picked up my dress back in march 2020 and never got married due to covid.went to try on the Vale for a hair trail and noticed it was ripped. I rang and explained what had happened and they were so lovely and understanding. Replaced the vale straight away?

Had a wonderful experience buying my dress at Bridal House. Since l came from the country into the city to find a dress l hadn't had time to make an appointment, but the ladies in the shop were so helpful.l had people helping all over the place.l had a dress, a veil and tiara by the time l left. The fitting went so smooth ly as well. The prices were very reasonable too.
I totally recommend this establishment as a place to go to buy a dress. Thanks ladies

Went in excited to try on dresses after an amazing experience at another local boutique to be met with horrible customer service, we didn't even get greeted and once we were finally acknowledged staff kept chatting amongst them selves.
I wasn't asked any question or given any advice just left to search the store and then no assistance trying on the dresses/hanging them back up. We were there for no longer than 20 minutes and were horrified.

The Ladies here were absolutely fabulous! They were so helpful when we went in we had the most basic ideas of what we were looking for and about 3 or 4 dresses later we were set! They had some great advice and were super helpful narrowing down our options:)

After having ordered my "dream" dress at another bridal shop 8 months before my destination wedding only to find when it arrived it was the wrong one and they said they did not have enough time to order mine in I went to Anna at Geelong bridal shop with only 4 weeks until my wedding she asked what size and colour I was and wanted I told her and she said that they only had 1 dress in the shop in a white and size 12 she bought it out and I did not like it on the hanger she encouraged me to try it on saying I had nothing to lose and she was right my mother and sister burst into tears when I came out and my now husband was hysterical when I walked down the aisle last week he said I was a knock out the dress was a success and I have never felt more beautiful than that day. THANK YOU Anna you saved the day.

I walked into Bridal House this morning with very high expectations along side my Bestfriend who is getting married, from the moment we walked in we were not made to feel welcome, the staff member simply said “Show me a photo of what you would like & what size are you”. The staff member left us to choose our own dresses, and didn’t recommend a single dress that may have suited or been what we were looking for. My friend was left to put on her own wedding dresses in the change room, and would then have to yell out to the staff member to do up the dress when she we ready. In comparison to the local stores we have been to, this was by far the worst experience. The customer service provided was disgusting. For something that should be such an exciting and memorable experience, this staff member made it one I want to forget.

Wonderful staff who were so helpful in every step of organising my dress - the most beautiful dress I have ever worn. Absolutely recommend the girls at Bridal House for helping you with all your bridal needs
