Great quality meat with really good service. Cesare has been delivering classic butchery to us for over 35 years with great Italian sausage, especially the pork & fennel, as well as cured meats. His son Andrew now provides us with great hanger steak, brisket, beef cheeks, frenched veal shanks, rolled pork and veal roasts, boned and butterflied and marinated lamb legs, aged sirloin, salt bush lamb, and good old fashioned corned beef. If you need something different, just ask Andrew. Greatest butcher north of the Yarra!

The best butcher I’ve been too in Melbourne, Andy is the friendliest guy there is he serves with care and always take the time to explain which cuts of meats is the best. Quality meats and I highly recommend the chicken skewers and also the steak! Delicious

I had the pulled pork at St. Anthony’s School fete, kindly supplied by Brenta Meats and it was fantastic! My favorite butcher for over two decades and generously supporting the local community.

Look no further for quality meats in the inner north. My go to for brisket and pork shoulder, rib eye and sausages. Staff are always helpful and obviously enjoy their trade. Highly recommended.

Andrew can provide an enormous range of cuts of meat and on a spur of the moment request prepared a great piece of pork neck that in just over 3 hours later in a slow oven provided us with a succulent, fall apart, juicy and spicy Asian sticky pork neck main meal.

I came in this morning to buy some meat and the guy was so lovely! He was apologetic because there was a bit of a wait. The meat was amazing will definitely be back

If you want a good butcher who knows a lot about meat and quality is what you want at affordable prices then go no further.

Bad quality meat, poorly educated staff, and I was overcharged - better options in the area! I'm guessing all the good reviews are coming from their friends and family.
