Amaaaazing first experience with Angel <333. Had to move the appointment to a later time and it was no problem, walkins r welcome and also got a freebie:) Went in with a friend and we were both treated super well by the staff. Thank youuuu

I had my brows done by Kiki yesterday.
Fantastic service. Listened to my request, mapped out my brows. Very professional and clean. Very pleased with the result. Will return.

I always get waxed at Brazilica as the girls are well trained & do an excellent job. Recently I noticed they have a lot of skincare from Payot so I booked an Express Facial. I didn’t even know there was an upstairs but the therapist Suki took me up to a beautiful relaxing space with gorgeous rugs, furniture & curtains: it felt immediately relaxing. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Suki and then one of the best facials I have had in a very long time by Georgia. I went in looking very dry and patchy and came out glowing so much I ended up buying some of the products which I have to admit have changed my skin. The price for the quality of facial & products was so good I am going to treat myself monthly from here on in! Thank you Brazilica for me leaving feeling like a shiny new person

Arzu was absolutely amazing & highly recommended! Let's face it waxing is never fun! But when you find a therapist who knows what they are doing it can actually be pretty quick & painless! I actually almost feel asleep on table - no jokes! Thank you Arzu!

I won’t be returning due to their inflexible pre-payment system. Had a mild cold (not covid) so thought it best to reschedule my appointment for that day however was told I would forfeit my payment for that day’s appointment. I asked if I should just come in for the appointment anyway and was told I wasn’t welcome because ‘most of our customers wouldn’t expose our staff to illness during a pandemic’. I think most customers would just choose not to say anything if the alternative is paying for a service they won’t receive.

Today was the first time in several years that I have headed to a waxing salon as previous experiences with other salons had been less than ideal. I can happily say that today was absolutely pain free. Deepika, did an amazing job, careful and caring and I am rapt with the end result. I am now a hooked customer.

Was a dream experience for a first timer: operating until 7PM; easy online booking and payment; greeted warmly and courteously; SUKHI was so clear, communicative about the waxing process and aftercare. I felt very confident and comforted by her care and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I've been going to this salon for months and the staff are wonderful each time! My eyebrows are always PERFECT (I get so many compliments after I get them done!) and would highly recommend Georgia's facial treatments. Absolutely love this place!

Paid in full by booking online. Went to reschedule because I was potentially positive with covid and was told “the appointment could not be moved because of the system” to the following week and that I would forfeit my money? Test came back positive, I’ll be expecting a refund. I should have switched earlier. I always get rashes and I’ve watched several people walk into the salon to find out they have double booked the appointment. Super unprofessional! Avoid.

I love Brazilica,
they do such a good job and make you so comfortable.
Such a shame that they decide to use an online booking service that takes your money but wont let you change the date due to difficult circumstances on the day of your booking to another day. I was not given many options, even when calling the day before and booking in my appointment in under 24 hours. If you need 24 hours to change an appointment, you probably shouldnt take bookings in under that time frame.

After an awkward phone call with only a compromise of time on the actual day I explained I couldn't make, I was left with no options that were helpful and out of pocket. I get these are hard times, which is why I like to support small business but if you refuse to be flexible with your customers and reasonable then you lose them sadly. Wont be going back.

I really want to support local small business so have persevered with this place over about 5 years. Like all places like this staff change frequently, but most recently Sukhi was fabulous. Generally they have poor communication with their customers (failing to advise when they moved across and down the street), and during pandemic unlike my small business hairdresser did not communicate at all. While insisting on paying for service upfront when you book, they have not set up the ability to process refunds (a choice?) making it difficult. This was especially evident when I was once overcharged, and charged for an appointment that didn’t happen.
They don’t keep records of customers’ regular services and so gave me the wrong eyebrow tint colour (caterpillars on your face anyone?). Despite me seeing the same person each visit they booked me with wrong person and tried to tell me it was my fault. The final straw was when they accepted my booking right before new year (payment upfront) only to ring me two days later to say they weren’t open on that day and would I like to reschedule. Um no. When I asked for a refund the owner rang me and insisted the only way they could do that was to send an email with bank account details. Refund didn’t appear until three weeks later.
I wanted to like this place and persisted, but too many things are sloppy, patchy customer service, expensive and despite me being a ‘regular’ (went in once a month for five years) I never felt like I was a valued customer.

Always amazing service, I don’t know why this place is not more popular they do an amazing job for a very reasonable price. All the staff are highly skilled and very professional.

Worst customer service. Took my money for a booking that couldn't happen due to lockdown, have emailed 3 times and heard nothing back about a refund.

I booked online and had to pay in full at time of booking which I was ok with, however I woke up on the day with a bad cold and called them to try and reschedule so I didn’t come in to their salon sick. I got a Covid test done earlier in the day and still waiting for the results. They refused to offer a rebook and said my money was just lost. I asked if they would prefer it if I just came in and they said yes or I just lose my money. I have emailed management and if this is resolved I will change my review, however for now I will not be rebooking and suggest you look elsewhere, as the fact they have such a strict policy for people who are sick I imagine it would encourage more sick people to come to their appointments. There are other great salons in the area
