Brava Lingerie

Shop assistant was lovely, however I bought a bra on her recommendation which was at least three sizes too small for me. Although I questioned the sizing more than once - no measurements were taken, but I do understand that - and clearly struggled with undoing the bra, I was silly enough to buy it. Tried it on again at home a few hours later and simply could not get it on. Telephoned store to explain the problem and exchanged the bra for a different brand and larger style. I'm still not at all confident this one is the right size.
I was surprised at the limited choice of stock available.

Great customer experience. Although I was unable to find my size in the style I required, I purchased lingerie that fitted perfectly thanks to the assistance provided by the staff.

I had been wanting to visit the new Brava store in Hampton ever since I read about it. I finally had my opportunity and the experience was very positive. As soon as I entered the store Fran came over and made me feel welcome and relaxed. I felt very comfortable and left with 3 gorgeous bras. There were more that caught my eye though and I know I will be back soon. I am so grateful there is a Brava near me. Thanks again to Fran for making my first visit to Brava such a happy and successful one! X

Was so nice to have such a variety of bras and nickers to choose from. The staff were friendly. The fitting service was very professional as I was very pleased over all.

Happy with staff and service but a little disappointed there was only one style that fitted properly and unable to purchase multiples at the one time. However the remaining were mailed promptly from another store.

I've shopped at Brava for years and always had exceptional service. On this occasion at Hampton unfortunately I cannot say the service was great. My brava assistant was completely uninterested, she seemed bored and I felt it was a chore for her to bring different styles and sizes. She didn't offer much feedback on how they fit and I felt rushed. I purchased bras but walked away disappointed rather than extremely happy like on all other occasions in Prahran and CBD.
