We were very impressed with the service offered here. All the staff were super friendly and knew a great deal about every product. Will never go anywhere else.

I finally got fitted for new bras at brava hampton after having 2 babies and breastfeeding. I now have the most best fitting bras I have ever worn thanks to Rebecca! She told me my band size was too big and to go down a size which I was shocked with but my new bras fit amazingly and I feel so good.

Travelled 2 hrs and was not disappointed. Fantastic service! Sasha was so helpful, I spent nearly an hour trying on so many different styles to make sure I found the right ones. They even made my partner feel welcome and comfortable while he waited. Will definitely be back.

After a very positive experience at the Highpoint store I decided to order an additional item online and it was coming from the Hampton store. This experience was disappointing it took 9 business days before the item was even sent. Ordering items online I definitely expect items to not only be dispatched but delivered well before 2 weeks. Definitely won’t be ordering online again

How much do I love Brava, their products, what the shop stands for, the service I receive every time I go into any of their shops? ! I’ve been a loyal client for since they opened their first shop and I have never been disappointed, even with my weird size I always find beautiful bras at Brava that are not frumpy and I’ll fitting. Staff always take the time to fit me properly even when the shop is busy. Thank you, I love you Brava!

A lovely shop with very attentive ladies to look after you. I was properly fitted and then shown an assortment of bras per my request for a full cup underwire everyday bra. Highly recommended if you are in Hampton.

Went in looking for new lingerie and a swimsuit as I’m going away. Extremely disappointed with the service. 3 women on and I was basically told it’s too early for swimwear and they don’t have a large selection. I pointed one style out, but she didn’t even ask my size to go check. I didn’t even bother asking about bras after that. Won’t be going back.

Nice to go somewhere that will still fit you properly and not make you feel uncomfortable. Lovely selection of gorgeous Bras, definitely worth a try!

Had to make an appointment due to covid pandemic. They were ready for me and had endless patience while I was making my decision. Service was fantastic.

My first visit to Brava today. Very highly recommended last Sat & thought to myself that no-one would rave about a Company let alone Bras.
I had doubts in my mind & was prepared for another horrible experience.
Well - I have to tell you that the positive attitude of the Staff (Ruby) in my case.
I have been told by so many other places -

Ruby put me at ease & no doubt this lady - Ruby & I guess all their staff - certainly know what they are talking about.
I can assure you - this Company have the best Bras. No matter your size or colour wanted.

I cannot recommend Brava enough. The range is fantastic and the service is very personal. Fran is fabulous and makes sure you are well fitted with the perfect bra or bikini. She is wonderful.

Had a great experience at Brava Lingerie. They had all the European brands of bras I was looking for, and the staff was lovely and super helpful with allowing me to try many options until I had settled on what I was after. Would definitely go back!

Had the most wonderful experience here last week- was served by Fran who was absolutely amazing! I’m about to have my first baby and went in to find some maternity bras. She was incredibly helpful, gave me a great fitting and I left incredibly happy! I would highly recommend this store for maternity bras and overall fittings. Very knowledgeable! This is the only place I’ll be buying my bras from, from now on!

Great customer service, the feeding camisole I was after doesn't come in my size so Siobhan recommended a soft cup bra for sleeping, it ended up being about $80 cheaper than what I was originally looking for. One very happy customer!

Fantastic underwear according to my partner. However, if the staff were as competent at selling the correct sizing underwear as they are at giving backhanded compliments, they would rival La Perle.

Get my bras from here, awesome selection and amazing customer service. Nothing was ever a problem
