My special day is coming up and was shopping for bras. I didn't realise how stressful this process was going to be. I tried searching for the perfect bra at Myer, David Jones, bras n things.found nothing and the customer service was shocking! By this stage I had given up. I was flustered, feeling anxious and ready to give up. I thought I would give it one last shot. I decided to try BRAVA. Behind the counter was a lovely young lady called Amber. After asking me several questions and getting to know what I was looking for, she offered her expert recommendations. Amber understood how bra shopping can often be uncomfortable for some people. Her knowledge on bras was impressive. I felt really comfortable and found the best bra ever! Amber invested as much time as I needed until I found the bra that best fit. She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend visiting the Highpoint store. Amber is very helpful. I have found my new bra shop.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Only place I'll buy bras from. They make sure everything fits properly and keep your sizing records so you don't have to worry.

Very friendly and patient staff - made me feel very comfortable! It is obvious the staff know what they are talking about, and they are happy to explain everything. The store itself is clean and open and there is a wide variety of stock. Would definitely recommend.

All the staff here were so lovely! I was fitted to find my correct bra size and given great information regarding brands and fits.

Amazing store! Had such a rushed morning with everything going wrong but these ladies were so helpful - totally turned my day around! Great selection, a lot of choices and possibly the best customer service I've experienced!

Been fitted with the Elomi Energise sports bra incorrectly. I bought 2 as they felt great in the shop. The bras after a few wears now every time dig in to my underarm to the point i now have bruses.
And they dont do returns after wear and wash.

Thanks Melanie for time taken to fit my self concious 14 year old into her best bra yet. She was nervous about trying bra on in front of anyone even myself at times but you eased that and made her feel great about herself.

As always, supremely helpful. Highpoint did not have exactly what I was looking for so they checked the computer and then called the Bourke St store to confirm they indeed did have the exact item I needed. Highpoint arranged for Bourke St to hold said item. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Brava never disappoints. Sincerely, Susie x

Awesome service of women who understand the beauty of perfect fit and the comfort of fitting without the hazzle of undress, dressing and searching for the right fit. It was the luxury of waiting for the best fit bra that made me smile. Thank you girls for your friendly help and smiles!

The care and patience of the fitter who looked after me at Highpoint cannot be disputed - however I did leave with an ill-fitting bra, as she insisted that there were "sister sizes" that work just as well as the one i had purchased before (20G) - i have found however that the bra i purchased is not comfortable and does NOT sit correctly (with the Gore against the sternum) and from now on i will be insisting that it does. I would rather leave the store with NO bra than to pay for another one that i cannot use for more than a few hours without being in pain.

I generally do not like bra shopping but the fitter at Brava made it such an enjoyable experience. Every bra she brought me fitted perfectly, I ended up buying 4!
