36 I have been to Brava before and I always had a great experience they have always been over and above helpful. This time was a little different. I felt the lady was judging me based on the type of Bras I wanted to wear because they weren't the type that she would recommend. I mean I just want rounded, I don't want the Madonna coney look. My choice so I didn't need attitude along with it. I still did end up with a couple of Bras but the choice was very limited, I felt there wasn't a lot of styles and sizes to suit.
Bra shopping is a chore for me, so I go in wanting to have someone to help not try to push their agenda on me. I would go back again but not to this shop.
I really enjoyed my experience in the Highpoint Brava store. I was served for Stacey, who was an absolute dream the whole time. She listened carefully to the very few requests I had and was able to pull together about 6 different bras that all fit me perfectly after a quick adjustment on what I thought my size was. She found items that where fun, comfortable and 100% within the description of what I liked. She didn't pressure me to 'try' anything that I said I didn't like previously and I walk out completely happy with every purchase I made. She was kind and attentive without making me feel like I was being sold to and I will be back to make more purchases from Stacey. Thank you!
Spent time in Camberwell Brava this week and in the Hampton store. Couldn’t be happier with service and product. The ladies serving are an absolute delight! So helpful and professional. Felt very dignified and grateful. Would recommend the Brava shopping experience to all! Thank you

The staff here are wonderful and understand completely how distressing it can be for people who are certain sizes. My daughter in law is a 10 HH and always came out of lingerie stores very depressed. Thanks to this amazing store I was able to buy her 2 bras with a view to buying her another 3 in the future! Bravo Brava!
My daughter, mother, sister and myself had fittings with Georgia and Kendall a few days ago. Georgia and Kendall did an amazing job especially as they were doing a number of other fittings at the same time. They tried their hardest to find something slthar everyone in our party was satisfied with. Thank you for your good humour and professionalism ladies

I had an amazing shopping experience with Molly who helped me find my size and took into account what I was looking for with my budget as well. I left super duper happy and felt super comfortable during the whole experience as I hadn’t actually been fitted for a bra in a while but Molly made the whole thing so chill and empowering. 10/10
Horrible experience. Staff were mean, couldn't fit me properly and they also refused to believe me when I told them it didn't fit multiple times. Didn't sound like they actually knew how to fit people for bras but still tried to pressure me to be OK with an ill-fitting bra. Had to leave bc i felt like crying.
I purchased a strapless bra from Brava Highpoint and not even after 2 hours of wear, the bra was completely creased mid cup and unwearable.
I have message customer support many times now and they had only responded once to ask if I had followed the correct care, which I responded “yes” to, and no there has been no response for over three weeks, after me following up numerous times.
You would think when you spend two hours in store for a fitting and then purchase a $100.00 bra, that it would not have these issues, after just two hours of wear.
It’s appalling that the customer care team know that it is not of a fault of mine, that they now have chosen to ignore my many MANY emails.
Very disappointing!

Thank you so much Katie for helping me out! When they didn't have the bra I wanted in stock, she checked for stock at other stores and arranged delivery to my house. I left with 2 amazing bras in 10H/12GG, including one that she suggested based on my size and bust shape. It's so comforting knowing a place exists that will carry the perfect bra for me without fail!
My wife bought a bra today from Brava.exception service and bras that wifey can't find in Geelong, but the best part is the seating in the middle of the store where I can take a load off. More shops should cater to husbands to sore feet and lower backs from the punishing ritual of shopping with the wife.
Bought a $200 pair of bras 7 months ago and the underside shaped in half and went into my breast which in its self was painful
rang Brava Lingerie at high point where they were purchased from to be told nothing that they can do about it
$200 for a very plain pair of bras and nothing they can do the underwire snaps regularly they say
if there was a minus star thats what they should get

I went bra shopping for my 17 year daughter and had the most amazing experience at Brava! Lily did a fantastic job with the fitting and made my daughter feel very special. Shopping for bras in larger sizes can be very stressful and we both left the store feeling elated! We bought 3 bras which were very well priced, for the quality and we'll definetely be back. Congratulations on your beautiful and very knowledgeable staff! Watching the care and attention that my daughter received made me feel like the happiest mum in the world. My daughters smile at the end of our shopping trip was priceless.

Great customer service by Mandy R at your Highpoint store. I'm a plus size woman and feel embarrased when I have to get fitted for bras. As soon as I walked into the store Mandy made me feel welcome and made it easy to fit and find a suitable bra for me. I recommend all my family and friends to shop at your store.
