Bailey was absolutely amazing - often with lingerie staff I get ignored as a size 14 but Bailey came straight over and bought a size 14E of the bra I was looking at without me asking or anything. The 14E had been left in the change rooms and if she hadn't taken that intiative I wouldn't have found the bra in my size. She completely transformed what would have been a really depressing trip into an amazing trip with me leaving with a new lingerie set that I love!

I have been loyal customer for many years.
I had a $10 Voucher after buying 2 bras from Westfield Geelong. They only had short supply of my size.
Went to Warn Ponds BrasNThings less than a week later purchased a bra for $69 asked the shop assistant if all the the same size and fit within the recent bras I had bought.
Her answer was yes. Unfortunately when I got home it was not the right fit.
I returned the next day. There was not ONE bra in my size 10f in the whole store!
In refund or even gift voucher they would not honour the $10 voucher
I just hope the $10voucher keeps your business going in tough times

Skylar and Bailey were very lovely and patient with me, because I had a hard time looking for the right fit. It is difficult to find the right size with the COVID norms, but they both went above and beyond with their service to help me find the perfect size! I felt very comfortable and was very happy to be helped by them! Would definitely visit the store again!

Excellent, above and beyond service from the staff, especially from Meghan the professional fitter. She helped choose, fit and decide from an overwhelming collection and didn't skip a beat in making sure I was comfortable and on track. Given the amount of time I spent in there just picking out 3 bras, everyone was exceptionally patient. Thank you for the great experience!

Quality of the bras were 8/10. The material was softer and better than the usual stores.

Bras and things never disappoint int here stock and range. The girls at central are discrete and make lingerie shopping fun and always find me a fun outfit that makes me feel awesome for a reasonable price. Awesome sauce!
