Everyone was lovely but i was then traumatised at the front counter by the lady who served me not wearing a bra, with with her loose spaghetti strapped dress.they were OUT

This shop is a bit hard to locate due to construction around the area. Perseverance was worth it. Staff were very helpful, with a professional attitude. They were engaging, and I left the shop very satisfied. 1 of the best Bras N Things I have gone to over the years.

Had a horrible experience at Bras n Things, Melbourne Central. Felt unwelcome from the first interaction. The staff member was rude and best way to describe their behavior was ”they are really sick of their job”. This continued until another person helped who was friendlier and more open to help. Neither of them were knowledgeable enough to actually provide help though. Would definitely not recommend this place, especially not if you need help with fitting.

Shop here a lot, staff are always great at answering questions and really friendly. Wish they had more sales though lol

Had a great experience at Bras n Things at Melbourne Central! I was shopping for a photoshoot and was able to find so many options, and the staff were soo lovely and helpful! They were helping me with sizes, recommendations, and over all made it a great experience! I needed to swap the size of one of the sets I chose and was able to do so with no issues. Special shout-out to Selena who was checking on me in the fitting room and helping with sizes etc, I really appreciate the great service <3

I went there with my partner, my partner left in tears. The girls were less than helpful, rude, talked loudly about how no one could ever hope to fit into such small things and you need to size up 2-3 times what you think you are. They seemed more interested in browsing tinder and talking about the lack of decent matches than providing an even semi decent customer experience. Save yourselves some heartache and go somewhere else.

My friend and I went in to look for bras, Caroline was working the change room and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Made the experience fantastic.

Jenny and Hannah are fantastic staff members. And really helped me out with my purchase at bras and things. Also assisted me in a timely manner, as it was a special occasion I had to attend! Will most definitely be coming back.

I came in on Friday morning and the girls were an absolute blessing! Made me feel so slay and welcome and comfortable perfect balance of not being too overbearing but also being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable ️️ couldn’t recommend this store enough!

Amazing service by Anastasia and Ruby, they worked really well together helping me get my perfect bra size. Anastasia especially was so friendly and helped me so much in fits with the bras and made me feel comfortable for my first bra fitting!

I received such patient and kind service from the ladies at the Melbourne Central store on Monday. I came into the store a few times during the day because I came back to purchase something recommended and accidentally grabbed the wrong size (was trying to help and grabbed the size myself without checking). Each time they were friendly and extremely helpful.

My experience at Bras n Things Melbourne Central was excellent! I felt so comfortable when receiving my fitting from the kind young girl, I believe her name was Danae. She was very friendly and helpful with what I asked for. I will be returning to this store soon!

So disappointed to see that brad n things doesn’t really accomodate to women with small breast at all could not find one single set that would fit me really appalling customer service was so bad

Bailey gave the most wonderful service I’ve ever gotten at a store! She made shopping so much easier and overall made it a really comfortable and enjoyable experience- I will continue to shop here because of her, and all the cute bras too of course:)

I was served by Bailey a couple of weeks ago and she was absolutely amazing. I walked in and she came over to me immediately and was so friendly and bubbly. I normally like being left alone when I’m shopping, particularly when it comes to any type of clothing because I feel uncomfortable about my size. Bailey was so welcoming though and made me feel comfortable, so I let her help me find a bra. She measured me and picked out a few different options that I could try on. I had planned on just buying one bra but I ended up buying two bras and a few extra things. It was honestly the best shopping experience I’ve had in years!

Went in for a fitting and Got greeted by the lovely worker Darcy. She helped me find the perfect match and also gave me the best customer service.

The staff here are so so polite! These 5 stars are for Bailey, she’s always smiling and so willing to go above and beyond! She makes coming into this store so much more better!
