I wouldn’t bother wasting you time, especially if you have dietary requirements. Food came out and was less than impressive. Wait staff were clearly lacking training and direction but were so lovely and we’re doing their best under poor management. Concerns were raised in regards to an incident with one of the dishes and the manager (Bec) response was appalling to say the least, seriously need to reconsider hiring someone new or sending her to retrain to deal with high pressure situations more efficiently. Clearly not fit for the position.

My friend and i spoiled ourselves with the Brandy Body Ritual.oh wow.worth every penny.from arrival to the robes (fluffy heaven) to the therapists everything was amazing. I had taken friends for my birthday 4 years ago and was just as good as i remembered. Couldn't stop smiling after.really felt like I'd taken care of myself. Didn't bother with the Hammam this time, just felt flushed and got too overheated too quick but personal preference. Thanks Jaslyn you were so lovely and respectful. Loved every second and recommend this place to everyone, just stay locally and enjoy the area as driving back to the city after that bliss is the last thing you wanna do.

They really care about customer service here. I went for dinner once with my partner and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine because they took a little while to bring out the initial bottle. Recently I went for lunch here and they gave me a free glass of wine because they felt they took to long to bring it out. Its really nice that they go above and beyond like that when they really don't have to. They really care about customer satisfaction here. I will always keep coming back.

I have been living in Drouin for three years and never heard of this amazing place. They got the stunning views and it's a well maintained property. There are also ample parking spaces.
We ordered few tapas and salad. Yes, their portion sizes are bit smaller and prices are bit expensive but they also got a bigger property to maintain and located in a low population region; hence, I wouldn't complain. We asked for a special dietary requirement that chef entertained. Food was scrumptious. Lamb ribs were bit hard and chew but one visit isn't enough to review the place.
We were looking for a restaurant or cafe with a view that we enjoyed a lot. Staff was friendly and service was pretty quick. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. But the portion of the food was too less. For $32 3 prawns with 3 prices of calamary woth salad was extremely disappointing.

They really need to work on the size of the portion. Very limited variety and portion size ruined our day.

It is a charming winery situated in Gippsland with stunning picturesque views of olive groves, vineyard and the Baw Baw ranges. The pretty natural surrounds make for the most beautiful wedding photographs.

The food was delicious, the wine overflowing and the staff were great to deal with.

Ordered six bottled of of delicious Furious Flock Pinot Gris and was delivered to my door less than 12hrs later. Best care package ever!

Website said was open but after driving there and entering
No one greated us at the foyer even though the lady inside pointed to us to show us the entrance
We waited a few minutes before venturing further inside Only to be told it wasnt open
Needs to update website and work on customer service as we drove out of our wy to visit

High priced meals that were not worth the cost. Really slow service. Long kitchen waits. Can't recommend to anyone, much better winery options available.

$202.00 not good value. Not one thing that impressed us about food & wine. You can get much better meals & wine at the local hotels for half the price

We booked a spa package for the 25th of Jan which was cancelled two days before because they got a better booking. We asked the manager for compensation to which he was rude and refused saying he has tried calling us multiple times which he hadn't. We were promised a refund which has never come through. Every time we call they say he isn't there and that he will call us back. This was 3 weeks ago.

From the moment we had our first experience at Brandy Creek Estate i knew we would be getting married here.
The decor is amazing and service next to none.
We got married here last week and it was everything we ever wanted.

A big thank you to harry and his team for making my wife's birthday bash a memorable one. The sumptuous paella buffet prepared by Chef sanjeewa and his team was impeccable. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and the wines and was commenting about it even now. We sure are going to be repeat customers of this beautiful place. THANK YOU

We had a very enjoyable, quality dinner.
Could not fault any part of our experience at all.
Only complaint is it is a long way to drive, worth it for us on this occasion as we were driving through Drouin anyway.

I hope the low scoring will help improve management take notice and make some changes. The initial impression is very good. Beautiful area and lovely building. That’s about it though. The staff are all young teenagers and it appears they’re working during school holidays but haven’t been taught the art of hospitality. We were served by 3 different girls, all of whom knew very little about the menu and nothing about the wines. The food was over priced and ridiculously small servings. Don’t even bother with the tapas - it’s a few slices of French bread and a tiny bowl of roasted garlic and a couple of anchovies. The main meal of prawns consisted of 4 prawns! We were 6 guests, and all our meals came at different times. One of our group had to remind the hostess that he’s still waiting on his meal - which seemed to annoy her more than embarrass her. The lame excuse of a prawn meal finally appeared well after we’d all finished our meals. The beetroot and feta salad was actually just beetroot with about 1 teaspoon of feta. Coffee came in dribs and drabs and the same poor prawn guy never even got his. We had to ask twice for our cake order as our waitress was working hard at not making eye contact with us, so we had to get another one to remind her we’re stil waiting.
My suggestion - don’t save on staff wages and hire people who know how to serve. Then, make sure you actually provide food that we’re willing to pay good money for. We spent $110/couple and left feeling duded. I really hope that management steps up because the position and views are great.

Had my uncle's 60th there today. Service was slow, 40mins for a beer. One aunty is still waiting for her duck she ordered. Overpriced.
Don't get the calamari, had I thrown it at the wall it would be rebounded back to me.
Thier EXCUSE is that they were understaffed and only had one chef but upon sitting we were told that the meals would come out quickly.
They knew weeks in advance we were coming as it had been booked a month ago.
We had 40 odd people turn up and willing to pay and pretty much had to share the function room.

Very disappointed with this place. I would like to say that the service was terrible, but there literally wasn’t any service. We had to get up to find somebody every single time just to get someone to our table. And when we finally had ordered drinks or food, we found ourselves walking around the restaurant looking for staff to find out where our food or drinks were. The staff are not trained at all and all look like they didn’t want to be there, so sad and droopy.

Such a shame really, the venue itself has potential and beautiful views. The food wasn’t anything special to be completely honest and probably made worse by our terrible dining experience. It certainly was really hard handing over our $600 because we would have had a better lunch at home.

Our table of 8 all agreed that we would never return to Brandy Creek.

Very disappointed! Arrived at 3: 30pm when their website stated they were open till 5pm. Doors were open, people were leaving. The girl told us they were now closed. We travelled 2 hours to come to this winery, it was my birthday and the girl was quite unpleasant! She went out to ask her manager and came back saying they are closed but if we really wanted a tasting they will give us a tasting at $10 each! No thanks!
Won’t be back! Unpleasant customer service is unacceptable!
