We had such a beautiful experience meeting Valentina on arrival and receiving a relaxing and calm 60 minutes relaxation massage sessions with Emmalyn and Natahlia. The ladies were so accommodating as we experienced our first Hammam steam room session! Amazingly stunning views are just spectacular! As locals we booked ahead for another relaxing experience!

I have now worked at Brandy Creek for multiple weddings as a Marriage Celebrant and consistently see excellent quality, attention to details, fantastic food and fabulous staff working so hard to make someone’s big day special. It’s a pleasure to work with Skye the wedding planner there, I know that things will be done to the best possible way and quickly. Well done Brandy Creek! Keep up the good work

We were delighted with the recent birthday party at Brandy Creek Estate. We were greeted by Kristy and Samir’s, they could not have been more helpful. It was good to be able to close the doors to the main restaurant as I am sure they did not want to hear our noise. Also able to use the adjoining big room to gather before we sat down was good. Plenty of room for the baby to wander around. The food was great, plenty of it and vegans, gluten free were well catered for. Kristy and her team including the bar staff were wonderful. Our guests who had come from Melbourne and beyond were impressed with the setting and the service. So a huge thank you to Rita and Brandy Creek Estate.

We recently had my husband’s 40th birthday celebration at Brandy Creek Estate. Rita was extremely helpful with the planning phase and was easy to correspond with in the weeks leading up to the event. Skye and the team were amazing on the day! We were well attended to, food was delicious, drinks were flowing and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. We’ll definitely visit again and would highly recommend for functions!

My friends and i had the most amazing experience at brandy creek day spa. I had Ally and she was incredible! The whole experience was outta this world. Thanku so much Ally. I ll definitely be back. Xx

Hands Down, the Paella Feast was a feast to die for, my family and l had a fantastic time, awesome venue, great company from other guests, a brilliant atmosphere and ambience that oozed class, the food tickled every taste bud, the service was exquisite, Skye topped it up with a warming Cheer and infectious smile. The Senes Flamingo show was mesmerising and jaw dropping. I don't know how you do this and keep it up. Brandy Creek Winery and Restaurant is a rare Jewel where everyone is welcome. Our family have declared this an annual event for sure.
Well Done and thanks to the team at Brandy Creek especially Skye.

Had a great night/dinner at brandy creek celebrating my wife’s 40th! Food was amazing, service was great overall experience was great! Only negative I could possibly find was the lack of beers on tap, only had the two to choose from! But thanks for the night cheers!

Disappointed with our visit to Brandy Creek Estate today. After being seated at our table we waited 25 minutes and and no one had come to offer us table water or a drink. We made multiple attempts to make eye contact or smile and politely wave down a couple of waitresses without success. I am very understanding if they were understaffed however there was a few people wondering around and talking amongst other staff. So I gathered they weren’t exactly ‘ran off their feet’. I proceeded to walk to the bar and ask for some table water, when asking the young man working in the bar a really lovely staff member jumped in to offer assistance. She was extremely apologetic for the wait and once we ordered she said 1 of the drinks was on the house, I thanked her but explained we didn’t expect that at all. The entrees (potato bravas, salad and Turkish bread) were all lovely, but the squid was extremely tough and my husband Wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve had two mediocre experiences here in the last two months, I really wanted to enjoy it as I have been a frequent customer for years, however the customer service and quality of the food is not what it used to be. I understand it has been a tough time for businesses in recent years and I hope you can bring back the great service and food that I have experienced in the past. I didn’t get the name of the waitress who was really helpful, but I think the other staff could certainly improve their customer service skills with her mentorship:)

My family and I experienced the Christmas sit down menu. It was fantastic! We had a very enjoyable and memorable time thank you all

The food had not much to do with Spanish Cuisine. There was no value for money, I could have fed our family of 8 for half the price at many really nice restaurants. The service was very slow. The only nice thing there was the setting of the restaurant with beautiful surroundings and views. Feeling ripped off

Attended the Paella Feast last Sunday, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, good food, wine and fantastic live entertainment

We had the tapas share experience of the Granada lot. The food came out quickly and all complimented by the drinks.

What and AWFUL experience. Service, food, staffing - disgusting really. From the moment we walked in, no one to greet us - the manager and other waitresses just walking straight past us. Ordered some drinks - they took 25 minutes to arrive! (champagne and a beer!) Then we ordered - after an hour of waiting for our food, the waitress tells us "sorry our internet has been cutting out so your orders didn't go through" we had to then give her our orders again and wait even longer! They offered us our drinks and dessert free, so we said thank you that's nice. After sending 2 of the meals back because they were inedible, we had our desserts. When going up to pay, the waitress said 'go and get the manager I can't approve the free items' The indian manager came over and was soooo rude. He said 'no you're not getting all the drinks and desserts free. You can have 1 beer and the churros free' We then asked about the 2 meals we sent back due to being inedible - he said they are just included in the price nothing I can do. He was so rude and this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Will NEVER return and would not recommend anyone go here.

I booked the Paella Event to celebrate my 50th b'day and it was an amazing day made possible by Brandy Creek venue and team. The food was amazing, absolutely incredible taste and all you could eat for whoever loves paella! The variety will satisfy anyone! The wine we tried I had plenty of guests really pleased with the house made wine both red and sweet one! The venue is beautiful! It's spacious and filled with light, it is welcoming and with the separate space for the kids to hang on the couches was just perfect. Moving a bit during the day, being lucky enough to have a sunny day, we enjoyed the beautiful surrounding in a fresh grass, kids had a bit of play was perfect spot, well above my expectations. The team and especially the manager of the restaurant all very friendly, helpful and responsive in spite of having possible over 100 guests on the day! Yet, it didn't feel crowded at all. The live entertainment was amazing, the passion of the musicians and particularly the dancer Aya was obvious. We all enjoyed their generous performance which spiced up the day and brought us the vibe of the latin event even closer. Amazing performance, awesome venue and food, excellent customer service! We had a wonderful experience at Brandy Creek. A fantastic Tapas style lunch paired with some beautiful wines from the estate. The Tempranillo is amazing and definitely worth a try and their cocktails are also nice. It’s a beautiful day trip not too far from Melbourne

Our servers went above and beyond to make our visit special. The food and wine is worth the visit.l and very well priced. We will be back again for sure!

Had the 9 course Tapas menu tonight…super disappointing, although the wait staff were lovely the food was just average. Was looking forward to Jamon, nothing more than 2 slices of Aldi prosciutto, pork belly tasted old, reheated and rubbery, the chorizo ragu was boiled chorizo, not even a slight char! Everything else quite disappointing and the churros…. Although well presented, nothing but one super thin churros cut into mini pieces. The local wine was presented in a clear skin and sounded like a one off but reading reviews it looks like this is how BC runs! A $60 bottle of nothing!
For $220 this was not what we expected. Save your cash and support another local place that actually cares about the food.
