Bradnam's Windows & Doors

I have been a Bradnams customer for close to 10 years now and it’s always been a pleasure dealing with the team.
Sales staff are very knowledgable and always helpful. Their showroom is expansive and a great place to show clients the range available.
After sales support is prompt too.

I couldn't more highly recommend the guys at bradnams and especially our sales rep Michelle. The guys there solve all our problems, are responsive and great to deal with.i would highly recommend you give them a chance.

What a horrible company to deal with. What’s worse they have a subcontractor called Greg who is even more useless. And they highly recommend thus bloke. This guy wouldn’t even know how to put a screw in a wall. Pathetic

Absolutely horrible. The installers were staring at the pictures on the wall of my wife and I.just disgusting

I recently bought my dog a window for his kennel and he said it was very well engineered and installed so thank you for your services we are both extremely appreciative

Hopefully their workmanship is better than their driving. Changing lanes in middle of roundabout without indicating and forced another car off the road. Then drove off like nothing happened.

Horrible service all around the board!
Had a leaking window of my newly built house. It's a really long story but all I'll say is all their workers are rude arrogant and incapable of doing their job properly. Their fix is a shamble of a caulking job, I have photos to prove this. Their maintenance / service Workman has the foulest language and the laziest people I've ever met. Just stay away

After having the below issue. Also addresing my issue online. The owner himself jumped into the issue and they fixed my windows today,

Below was my issue.
My bed room window can't be closed. I called them. They hand balled the issue to builder.
Then they said that, they will send an email to builder and copy me.
They promised that, they will fix the issue.
It has been a week. Nothing has happened.

Moved into our new home had issues with sliding flyscreen door, instead of installing 2 flyscreens only installed one, " wasn't actually installed, just placed on the track". The bathroom window was clear instead of smoked like bathroom windows should be.

Bradnams provided a date when this issues would be fixed, I waited the whole day and to no suprise no one showed up. At 5pm our neighbour brough the mising half of the slidding flyscreen door, this was left on their lawn. I let the builder know so he can contact bradmans.

Megan contacted me with a daye when all this issues would be fixed. I told her hiw much issues we have had with this. She assured me the issues will be rectified.

Well today someone came to change over the bathroom window and instal slidding flyscreen correctly. The flyscreen was fixed, however he said he was only given 1 piece of the window, he will change over 1 and wait till the other piece is ordered.

The nightmate continued we I calked fhe ofice no one knew what ws going on. I was transfered to Megan who had placef the first order, she also had no idea, all she kept saying there is nothing she can do but order another piece. Not good enough for me as I have to take more time off for their stuffup. I asked if this can be done after hours or weekend, she said no.

I am still waiting for a follow up call to let ud know when the other piece will be changed over. Very bad experience and I would not recomend them.

Bradnams have been absolutely great to deal with. We had a problem with measurements on one window and Brandnams went the extra mile to rectify it to our satisfaction. The windows are well made and look great and we couldn't be happier. Well done, guys. A+ service all round.

Absolutely appalling service, windows arrived with winders installed incorrectly & silicone all over the glass. Bradnam's refused to rectify the issues.

It's been almost a year since we decided to go with Bradnam's for our double glazed windows and sliding door, and we're glad we did! The product looks fantastic and apart from a small issue with a window latch (caused by the house shifting - not the window itself!), everything has gone pretty much perfectly since. Extra special credit to the sales rep, Ben Lugg, who guided us through the process and was a joy to deal with.

The worst Windows & Doors company in Melbourne. I had such a nightmare dealing with Bradnam. They are a bunch of unprofessional people who are here to rip off their customers. They had sold me a bifold door and is having issues from the first day, they didn't glaze it properly. And the windows were leaking when it rained. Truly not professional service. I strongly recommend not to use this service.

We had a great experience with several new windows and a stacker sliding door unit. Product as per showroom and delivered when they said.

RUBBISH DOORS AND WINDOWS!

Our house is only two years old ALL yes, all of the windows do not close correctly they are off-line or off centre they get stuck when you trying to open them, all of the window barrels locks are falling out.the metal on the frames is very difficult and it looks 20 years old already on the outside which.

Trying to clean the tracks in the sliding doors is a nightmare.

Window winders don’t work correctly never have from day one I’m sick of the barrels falling out of the locks continuously, this has been happening since new.

I’ve called them numerous times to try and get someone to look at this problem but they never ever return my calls terrible customer service absolutely ridiculous avoid purchasing this product.

If you’re building a new house and they only offer these crappy windows change builders you will regret it.

Very professional, I looked at a lot of different aluminium window suppliers and Bradnams Windows were the best by a country mile. Extremely happy with my windows and sliding door, I used the signature range which is the semi commercial range.

We purchased Bi Fold doors through Bradnams a few years ago now, and they were fantastic. Very professional, and always helpful. Having read a couple of negative reviews, I felt the need to add this one. Wondering if it was a particular staff member perhaps? That is no excuse, but just surprising at the total difference in experiences between negative and positive. We are about to build a new home, and plan on getting the doors etc through Bradnams again, and hope we have the same experience as last time.if not looking good, we will naturally look elsewhere.

Still haven't come to fix the windows or the doors. Even the manager got involved to get it fixed and after only 1 call, he still hasn't called to arrange a repair. Been 6 months. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. Anyone want to see the quality of there windows specially awnings you can message me direct and see it for your self anytime.
